Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 8th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach! Two sleeper sofas in living room gives extra sleeping for a total of up to 6 including the bedroom. The condo does not have a patio or balcony but it has a view from the living room window seating. There is a boardwalk right across the parking lot and on the other side by the pool there is a walkway to the beach. Everything you need for a great stay is here.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Condo had a great view of the beach despite no balcony (which was just fine because the weather was not balcony worthy this trip). Bed was super comfy (always a big plus in my book).

Great spring break getaway

Excellent place to stay. The pool was great the kids enjoyed it. Love the patio/shuffleboard area to hangout in the evening and listen to the waves without getting sandy. We were even able to catch a rocket launch while enjoying. Easy pathway to the beach. Host was super nice! Condo was clean and had everything to get us started. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful place

Nice place small but functional. The only complaint we have is that the elevators (both of them)were down on Saturday and we were on the 5th floor. Fortunately they were repaired by late night

Lovely vacation with the comforts of home!

We will definitely return to the Hacienda del Sol II! Our unit was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We had everything that we needed and more. Communication was always prompt and informative and on the one occasion that we needed help (a light switch button broke) it was forthcoming almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend!
