In the heart of the Ardèche Cévenne, 10 km from Les Vans, in a hamlet in the middle of the chestnut grove and in unspoiled nature, near rivers suitable for swimming, we offer a typical shale stone house completely renovated from 100 m2 on two levels with fitted kitchen, large living room, 3 bedrooms (120, 140 and 160 cm beds), shower room, two large terraces facing south and bread oven.

Comfortable yet authentic at a beautiful place

We had a very good time at this place. The area is very quiet in the middle of nature. The location is a bit cooler because its located in the mountains, this is very pleasant on the hotter days. The house is very comfortable and offers everything needed for a young family like ours. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place!

Maison agréable au milieu des balades

La maison et sa terrasse offrent tout le confort nécessaire. On y es très bien. Il y a trois vrai chambres, une salle de bains parfaite. La pièce de vie est très agréable avec coin salon et cuisine vastes. C'est très calme.Baignade (pont de la planche) à 20min à pied après une petite rando. Plein de départs de balades/randos au départ de la maison. Des coins extras même par forte chaleur grâce à la forêt.Restos sympa à Les Vans (LE BONBON) ou Rosières (Kébab et LE GRILLOU).

Nous recherchions un endroit calme pour nous reposer et en nous rendant dans votre belle demeure, nous n'avons pas été déçu. Très beau gîte avec vue exceptionnelle,au milieu de nulle part mais quelque part où tout nous a permis de nous évader et de nous ressourcer. Gîte très bien équipé et fonctionnel sans oublier la literie très confortable. Nous n'avons croiser les propriétaires qu à notre départ mais la rencontre a été très chaleureuse et même si ils étaient absents,ils étaient là pour répondre à nos demandes. Je recommande ce gîte .

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Das frisch renovierte Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Räume sind bestens ausgestattet. Insbesondere die ruhige Lage haben wir genossen. Wanderer können direkt vom Haus aus ihre Wanderungen beginnen.

Superbe séjour

Le séjour fut un réel plaisir. L'accueil du propriétaire très agréable et ponctuel. Le logement est très joli, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien et moderne. La literie est impeccable comme tout le reste d'ailleurs. Rien à redire, parfait :)
