Das Haus war für uns 5 perfekt. Unsere 2 Teenager hatten ihr eigenes Reich mit Zimmer plus Bad. Die Ausstattung ist grosszügig und es war alles da was man benötigt. Unser Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Haus und Insel haben uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Tophuis in leuke omgeving

Mooi, vrij nieuw maison in Cotinière en zeker van binnen is het mooi en goed ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien en zeker met het weer van afgelopen weken was het op de ligbedjes op het terras goed toeven.De communicatie met de host verliep soepel en persoonlijk, hartstikke fijn.Topverblijf met een enkel aandachtspuntje, een ventilator (of twee) zou een goed idee zijn. En de kosten voor de schoonmaak waren zeker als je met z'n tweeën bent aan de hoge kant, het zou fijn zijn wanneer dat vooraf bekend was. Conclusie, tophuis, duur maar dat mag ook wel voor zo’n ruim verblijf dat van alles is voorzien.

Maison neuve, lumineuse, très bien équipée, située à proximité des commerces et de plages. Sa localisation centrale permet de découvrir à vélo toute l’île. On a apprécié de circuler très majoritairement à vélo, c’était apaisant, déconnectant, et bon pour la forme physique

Super schönes Haus

Großartige Unterkunft, super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Fußläufig zum Meer, zum Hafen und zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage

Das Haus ist recht neu, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei schöne Terrassen und einen Bouleplatz. Die Lage ist super! Der Strand - allerdings kein Badestrand- und die nette Innenstadt sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt reibungslos. Kosten für Bettwäsche (60€) und Endreinigung (120€) waren uns vorher nicht bewusst.

Notre séjour sur l'île d'Oléron a été parfait grâce à cette location qui possède tout le confort et l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances, sans oublier les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Maison très bien située, au calme tout en étant proches des commerces et de la plage. Spacieuse, fonctionnelle, 2 terrasses pour prendre les repas à l'extérieur, barbecue, même 1 terrain de pétanque, literies d'excellente qualité, tout est parfait !.... On s'y sent comme chez soi. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Merci pour le bon accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous sommes impatients d'y retourner....
