Family Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time!! The view of the ocean from our balcony and living room was beautiful. We really enjoyed being able to walk right onto the beach and enjoy our chairs and umbrella! After a day at the beach we would retreat to the pool and hot tub before going to dinner. This is a great location and our condo had a ton of space to fit the whole family!!!

Disappointed In The Condo Condition

The condo was infested with roaches. There was a smell of urine from animals. The shower water was not hot most of the time. It was said that the water heater supplied the complex and not just the unit. However we never previously had a hot water problem in other units at the complex. The lights above the master bathroom mirror only worked a few times during our week long stay. The clothes dryer was not working from the very beginning. The washer/ dryer unit was replaced after a few days, but the washer only ran twice and then stopped functioning. The unit itself is aesthetically nice as well as roomy and is located in a prime location in the building. The outside grills were removed from the complex. On previous stays in the complex we had used them considerably .This derailed our plans to grill all of the food we had purchased. The jets on the outside complex hot tubs were both broken our entire stay. Overall the complex is not what it used to be.

Dryer Broken/ Room Ran Down

Room needs major overhaul. Bathrooms outdated, fridge, oven, washer/dryer all on their last legs. Floor has chunks missing out of it in kitchen. Had to wash clothes then take to a friends room to dry.
