K1 Beachfront Studio, Ground Floor w/Beach Service Included, Newly Renovated

Unit G24 - Amazing ground floor studio in Surfside makes for RARE walk-in access. No elevator waiting! Simply step out your patio doors and you're less than 3 minutes from sinking your toes in the sand. Spacious patio allows for all-year-perfect-weather entertaining. Easy access to parking and bringing in beach gear or groceries. In-unit laundry + kitchen: Sink, stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher.

BONUS: Mar. - Oct. stays include daily beach setup: chairs (2) and umbrella (weekly value $280)!

We are dedicated to a comfortable, worry-free experience for each family, particularly as it relates to cleaning, pest control and modern amenities.

For those who are not used to tropical environments, please note that while we are diligent about cleanliness and extremely regular pest control, but this does not necessarily mean that you will never see a bug, especially if you leave food out or spill crumbs. We ask that guests keep food sealed and countertops clean and keep the sliding doors shut. Please note that this is not a valid reason for a refund. However, we will gladly take steps to try to make your stay more comfortable or to address any issues as they are reported.

The unit may have beach toys and equipment left on the patio that you may feel free to use as you wish and return/leave behind in same condition upon departing. These have been left by other guests and are there for your use if available. We are not responsible for replacing these items if they are lost, broken, or stolen and use these items at your own risk.

Surfside Resort offers a large pool, two hot tubs, restaurant, beach bar, spa, well-appointed gym, basketball courts, pickle ball, shuffle board, and tennis. The resort picnic area with gas grills, is on the ground level and just around the corner from the unit. The beach gate is located right across the street. You can also access the beach via the resort’s private walkway from the swim deck.

Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Winn Dixie Grocery, Beach Shops, and many restaurants are located less than a mile away. Whale’s Tail, Surf Hut and other coffeeshops/bars are a short walking distance. Most offer both inside and outside dining.

We loved our stay! Everything was close and convenient. The beach was beautiful and the attendants were so helpful. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper etc. would definitely recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at the location and it has been amazing both times. Nice, clean place to stay with amazing beach across right across the street with 2 chairs and umbrellas included every day. We will be back again!

Just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable for two. Royal Palm Grill and Beach Bar an easy walk with good food and drink. Spent lots of time in pool and hot tubs. Overall a lovely vacation experience.

Great stay

We were in Destin for a family wedding. This property was exactly what we were looking for. The condo its self was very well described. The actual property offers a small pool, 2 hot tubs, a walk way to beach. Nothing fancy. But does have all needed amenities.

Nice location

It was great to be on the first floor. We could pull up with our car and unload our luggage, groceries, our clubs. And we never had to wait for an elevator. We used the hot tub every day. We used the gym a few times a week and the restaurant/ bar was convenient and good.

You can’t beat the location of this condo. Not ON the beach but literally right across the street. This ground level condo was perfect for us. Super easy to run back and grab whatever we needed while at the beach. Very clean! We’ll be back!!

Couples Getaway Oasis

Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect for our stay in Mid April. They had all the basic amenities and the washer/dryer was a great plus. It was clean, many extra towels and blankets if needed. Close to everything including the beach, Walmart, restaurants and all sorts of fun. I got my hair done at the salon in the resort and got a discount with my armband. The chair service was great perk as well! Heated pool and two hot tubs were perfect on days the weather wasn’t. Will return!!

Great location & beach access.

The unit was as described. The location on the ground floor with a walk out patio was ideal and close to parking ( not great views, but lack of waiting for elevator etc was great). The unit is nicely decorated. Overall a cute comfortable unit. The entire building shows it’s age, and feels like it could be cleaner, but not to the extent I wouldn’t return. I really appreciated the umbrella and chair service on the private beach and the walkway over the street.

Pros: Fully stocked kitchen supplies and nicely decorated. Across the street from the beach and plenty of shops nearby.Cons:Studio is NOT beachfront. Room faces back/side of parking lot/garage view. Lots of noise, partying, horns honking, and screaming. Outisde light didnt work. The hallway smelled like skunk greens. Bed gets a negative star due to how horribly uncomfortable it was. Spings in your back all night and very hard. Toilet was loose and wobbly. Shower was broken for first 24 hours, plumber was late and owner notified a couple hours prior to arrival that it was broken, but then didn't communicate further. Slightly frustrating after driving over 15 hours, not being able to shower until the following evening. Would not stay in this condo again.

Find Another unit

This property is so outdated and old. The shower knob was loose literally from the wall. The sofas were so worn/dirty that I put down a towel under both of my suitcases and never sat down. The Bed was the worst unsleep I have ever experienced. THE TV is on the side of the wall and you have to lay on one all night to watch TV. I was in town for a wedding....Please look for another prpoerty. Also it's located next to the exit door.

So tiny and horrible communication

Pictures can be deceiving. More of a hotel room than studio. As for check in there was not one. Came on Sunday and lobby closed until Tuesday. Found other people walking around in confusion. Texted owner and was told to get with security. Called numerous times and never got a response. Advised owner of same and she did not respond back. Ridiculous. We had to wait till Tuesday to get the codes and parking pass from lobby. They said owner should have had all this information. Never again.

Close to Beach, Coffee Shop; Fairly Quiet

I love Miramar Beach first of all. It’s quieter than Destin and not nearly as crowded. This condo was right on the beach, 4 minute walk until my toes were in the sand. The beach access is private, which is nice. The beach service is a nice feature, but I will say, the chair guy Curtis, puts those chairs and umbrellas wayyy too close. You can’t even walk between the umbrellas. If the people next to you have kids, they’re going to be throwing sand on you and you’re going to be stepping on their beach toys. Fair warning. The condo itself was great! Parking was easy. No complaints on this condo at all! Close enough to the beach to come back for lunch, which was nice.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed on a vacation absolutely loved it

My Wife our infant and I stayed at property for 5days. This condo is exactly as advertised plus more very clean and furnished perfectly! The manager was more then helpful with anything needed even went above and beyond with helping make early check in possible! The condo offeres so much more then just a place to sleep, it truly was home away from home everything we needed was provided down to pots, pan, utilities etc! And let's not forget the extra benefit of the included beachside service which saved us $45 a day for the chairs and umbrella on the beach...! I 100% recommended this property or any property managed my Stormey!!! I could go on on but the words would never describe the gratitude and magnificent experience of the stay. So don't waste anymore time BOOK THIS CONDO! Thank you again so much Stormey

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived Sunday afternoon and stayed until Friday. This was the most amazing vacation. The unit is on the small side. It would be perfect for a couple and possibly a family with 1-2 small children. The condominium is older but this unit has been remodeled with a beach theme. Cute!! This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. No beach view but being on the ground floor was worth the lack of a beach view. No waiting in lines for the elevator was great. The beach service is incredible. If you want a front row chair plan to get there by 6:15. The young men working the beach service are very helpful. They work for tips so be mindful of how hard they work for you. We had an internet issue and messaged Stormey. She was out of pocket so the owner himself called us to help resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. We hope to return next summer.

Best vacay!!

Everything was as advertised and beautiful. I had a question and was answered immediately. We missed having a balcony beach view, but definitely worth the trade for the easy access and no elevator waiting. If you park on the far side of the 3rd floor of the first garage, you can walk right to your car. I wish Miramar had more delivery options, but the beach is fantastic. Oh and the water pressure in the room is amazing.

Great location and very clean!

The condo was in a great location. Everything was nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking was very tight and the pool was small for the size of the condo building. Overall I would definitely stay again.
