SLEEPS 4 ONLY! NO SLEEPER SOFA! NO EXCEPTIONS! January and February I only rent for the entire month. You can rent both months and receive 10% discount.
Located on the fifth floor of building A, Unit 506 has a wonderful beachfront view of the gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy all the comforts of home. Tile flooring throughout the unit as well as all new comfortable bedding (king bed), hallway bunks, wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, smart TV's,. Most important of all, IT'S CLEAN! This Is a Great unit, to spend your vacation in!

Donald was fantastic, I just can’t not say enough. He called and explained everything about the property in detail and answered all questions without hesitation. The property was CLEAN and smelled so good. The view was excellent from the balcony. Donald even allows you to use the umbrellas and beach chairs with no additional cost. The location is excellent close to shopping, food, and entertainment. We were very pleased with our stay, We had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Would rate Donald and his property a 10 if I could. Just book it, you will not regret it.

Donald’s condo was perfect! This was our first vacation without kids since our honeymoon in 2000 and it did not disappoint. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. I was able to walk barefoot and my feet did not get dirty at all :) The location was also perfect! Donald was a great host! He actually called us prior the trip to share details and checked on us during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We chose to purchase our condo on Miramar Beach because we love coming to this area in Destin. The beach is beautiful! There are many great local restaurants very near by. Also, if you like to do some shopping while your here, you will enjoy all the major brand name outlet stores, which are located less than a mile away. This is a great destination for a fun family vacation.

What makes this property unique

Majestic Sun has a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Great for those cool or even rainy days. Guest, also can enjoy a 18 hole golf coarse located on the Seascape Resort which is part of Majestic Sun. For those who like to get their workouts in on vacation, there is a indoor workout facility on the property located on the ground floor.
