LUXURIOUS front unit - offers FULL Gulf and pool view. Our unique, angled, floor plan is 'NOT' your typical shot-gun style floor plan. All rooms open to a 28-foot balcony with 9' ceilings.

Our living room/dining room combination includes entertainment center with a large Smart TV, leather sofa, Lazyboy chairs and more. The dining room has seating for four.

The kitchen features beautiful counter tops, new appliances, custom cabinets, breakfast bar,stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer, full linens, etc. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Unit has a beautifully decorated master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath. The second bedroom features 2-queen size beds, flat screen TV and full bath.

The PERFECT place for us!

This was our fourth vacation in the Destin area and this was our favorite! The condo was stunning! There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved being walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Being so close to the pool and the beach PLUS the beautiful views of them from the condo made this trip perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

To sum it up, absolutely amazing condo with impeccable view, fabulous hosts! Condo was exactly as pictured and described. Nicely furnished and clean with everything we needed. View was better than pictured and enjoyed view of both the pool and the gulf! David and Peggy are amazing hosts and very responsive to any inquiries or questions. I have been coming to Miramar Beach for 30 years and never stayed at Surfside but it's become a favorite and we will definitely rent this condo again!

Very nice and great location away from main strip

We absolutely loved this property. Everything was better than anticipated by pictures. There was a beach view from every window/sliding door of the unit. There was a bit of notice due to close proximity to pool and outdoor restaurant seating but we didn’t mind at all. We even got to watch weddings on the beach and a proposal. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The View!

Loved EVERYTHING about this property! The cleanliness, the space, and OMG the view! The view alone made us not want to leave the room. From the living room to the balcony we were able to see it all! Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening listening to the waves and watching the water. It was nice to have to pool so close to us. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and had all the amenities that were listed.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
