Julie and Jill’s condo unit was just as described. We found it to be clean, spacious, and in an excellent location to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. Parking and check-in were easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean! The hosts were responsive and communicated in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our family vacation!

Great communication with the host from booking until the end of our trip. This condo had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes (glasses, plates, bowls, utensils etc). Great views of the beach and ocean. Property was clean and checking in was simple. The private beach was a huge positive. No tents or canopies are allowed and the chairs and umbrella that come with this room was so nice. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out when needed, while also offering great common areas where we could relax and spend quality time together. The view was absolutely priceless and one of the highlights of our trip. We also loved being within walking distance of shopping and dining, which made everything so convenient. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Ocean views from every room. We loved having the second bedroom and bathroom for our 10 and 12 year old girls. The location can’t get any better, with the beach right across the street and grocery store/restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent with the host. We loved our stay!

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very helpful with the few things we needed to contact them about and communicated in a timely manner. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and plenty of space for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Everything that was in the hosts' control was perfect. Check-in instructions- perfect. Communication before the stay- perfect. The actual condo- perfect. The HUGE balcony was perfect. We ate all our meals out there and played cards as a family in the evenings. There wasn't a single thing we needed that they didn't provide. One of the two elevators broke down while we were there, which caused some lengthy delays (10-15 minutes waiting for an elevator seems like forever in beach time!) There were always plenty of loungers at the pool, and plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The view of the beach and ocean is great, but don't expect a sunrise or sunset view from the room. It's worth the short walk across the private walkway that goes over the road to actually enjoy the views from the beach. I've never seen clearer water or softer sand!

Perfect long weekend!

Nice view of the ocean with a large balcony, kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Enjoyed great music, 2 rounds of golf at nearby courses (we liked Links at Sandestin best), and good restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

Beautiful Ocean Views

We had a wonderful stay! The views were beautiful, beach access was convenient, and we appreciated all the extra amenities to make the trip a breeze! Check-in went smoothly and we had received all the necessary information prior to our arrival. We would happily return for another visit!
