This beachfront condo is located on the 3rd floor in Edgewater and offers beautiful views of the beach, pools, and grounds. Wake in the morning to coffee on the balcony while you watch the crystal blue waters and occasional dolphin pods swim past. A short walk downstairs takes you directly to the private beach where chair service is provided for you, or grab a burger or frozen drink at the tiki bar by the pools! Walk to Austins or Surf hut for a delicious meal or utilize the fully stocked kitchen to create a masterpiece of your own with the brand new appliances, blender, crockpot, etc. all there for your use. Shop the outlets malls across the street for great prices on your favorite brands, or take a drive down scenic gulf to enjoy the views and restaurants along the way. Located near 6 beautiful state parks and right off 98 with easy access to all Destin has to offer!

Very nice, clean and well maintained unit. Everything was just as wonderful as could have ever hoped for. The whole vacation worked out and was a fantastic experience for my wife and myself. Love this place and the vibe it gives. This is the 2nd time and it did not disappoint. Plenty of towels, cooking stuff and even lots of thing's others have left behind for cooking. The vacuum cleaner is really old and could use and upgrade as its defiantly not doing its job anymore and smells like it's about to start on fire. Besides that, this place is awesome!

Perfect Family Spring Break!

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay the beach side paradise! The Edgewater Resort is really nice... Great pools and beach access. The condo was very clean and the hosts made everything extremely easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Edgewater vacation

We had a great time! Beautiful view, the condo was spotless and the beds super comfortable!! The location is nice as it's a little further down from the most traffic. Would definitely stay again.
