Welcome to Destin!! Located on the 8th floor in the A building of the Majestic Sun, unit A808 is a one bedroom / two full bath condo that sleeps a total of 6 people. The sofa pulls out into a full bed and there are built in twin-size bunk-beds located in the hall. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall bathroom. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, linens, paper products and small toiletries are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and is stocked with utensils. The living room has floor to ceiling glass doors that provide unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Majestic Sun is conveniently located within the Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort and is situated across the street from the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool deck with two hot tubs. The indoor pool is heated to a cozy eighty-six degrees, and it also opens up to the outdoor pool deck. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for that slow day by the pool. In addition to the pools and tennis courts, there is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Joe Lee that will satisfy all levels of play.

Perfect for family of 4-5 people. Great views. Location is walkable to Pompano Joes and Surfs Hut and everything in between. Very clean. Majestic Sun overall is in good condition and pool was clean. 8th floor was perfect for sunsets.

So close to the beach

Magnetic sun is the best place to stay The condo makes you feel like you are right next to the water. The views are amazing and the pool is really nice.

We love the Majestic Sun. Miramar Beach and the whole area. It was our third stay at the Majestic but our first time in this room and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Perfect as always

It has been a few years since we’ve started to spend Thanksgiving week in the Destin area and one thing that made our choice easy year after year was this wonderful condo at the Seascape resort. Perfect location, close-by restaurants and above all a perfectly appointed apartment, comfortable, clean and a with everything you need. On top of that, the most amazing view you can imagine.

First time in November!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in November. First time staying at majestic sun and it definitely will be our spot every time now! I cannot express enough how clean this property/condo was. The parking was not crowded, pool was heated and clean, the beach was a little cold, but the condo made up for it completely! We loved staying in November and we loved that there were 2 hot tubs in case 1 was full. COVID did not stop us from enjoying our stay and we will definitely be back!

Great location, just needs some TLC!

Condo was nice and in great location. View was amazing and close to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Interior of condo was clean but moisture level was high and smells musty or like mildew. Balcony was extremely dirty, had to clean table and railing off with 409. Furniture needs updated, drains need cleaned out and lights bulbs need replaced. Condo just needs a little TLC from the owners.

The place was nice and good location. It lacked amenities typically have with Other rentals. Basics of coffee, creamer, sweetener packets would have been nice. More than half a roll of toilet paper per bathroom would have been nice. We had to buy toilet paper mid week and there was only 2 of us. Wasn’t a fan of the beds and pillows. Walk out to the beach was really nice. Pool was great. Overall the place was nice and the property manager did contact us as a hurricane was approaching to check in on us which was nice.

Room With a View!!

My family and I have stayed at various condos in Destin over the past five years, and this condo has the best view by far! When we first walked in, the cleaning service had left the curtains open, and the panoramic view was simply breath taking! This unit is in the part of the building which extends outward a bit, so although you can see Scenic Hwy 98, the beach really is just right there! The unit was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, and the shampoos and lotions were a nice touch. Jason also provided the first pot of coffee! The location was also ideal; not so "mainstream" Destin with tons of traffic, yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Jason was great to work with, answering my many questions quickly and accurately. I would recommend this unit to anyone, and we will be back!

Very nice and with a GREAT view!

First I need to say that the condo owners couldn't have been more gracious. I had to contact Mr. Clem a few times and leave messages which he was prompt in getting back with me on and always so helpful! Other than the horrible behavior and attitude of our 3 year-old granddaughter throughout our time, the 12-day vacation was terrific! We took the trip in celebration of our 45th anniversary. We were going to fly, but at the last minute our daughter couldn't secure a sitter for that length of time. We would have had a MUCH better time had it just been the two of us, and my husband really needed a break from all of the workplace stress he was under. The weather was great and the 'beach scene' is his favorite destination, so we made it out sane and civil; otherwise, we would have charged our daughter and son-in-law for the entire trip! I should mention that MacGuire's Irish Pub, The Back Porch and Pompano Joe's Seafood House were all able to satisfy our food addictions and we highly recommend each of them!

Perfect little spot

We came for a local music festival on an whim and were pleasantly surprised. We could walk to the venue, and had a great time on the beach and in the pool. The condo was well appointed, clean, and exceeded our expectations.

The beaches in Destin, FL and the people who occupy them are some of the most comforting in the world. The stark white sands and emerald waters are very addicting and its proximity to most of the Eastern United States allows you and your family to 'live it up' at minimal cost.

What makes this property unique

The Majestic Sun is great!... My wife and I enjoy the location (adjacent to Seascape Golf Course), all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach and the heated indoor pool. We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
