We were delighted with our unit . First, our interactions with the host was fantastic. Very quick to answer any questions before booking and then contacting us to let us know our unit was ready to enter even before noon on our arrival date. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you could need. Just a great week at a quality unit, with a great ocean view and at a very fair price

This unit was more than we expected. Clean, well stocked kitchen to cook, balcony gives you great views and host was easy to access. Beach access by crossing street. Covered parking available. Furniture is contemporary. Stream video options up to date. No dinner table but, kitchen has elevated bar style countertop. The only issue we had was with construction crews. They started loud work outside the bedroom window twice, before 8:00am.. Overall I would return to this unit.

Donald was fantastic, I just can’t not say enough. He called and explained everything about the property in detail and answered all questions without hesitation. The property was CLEAN and smelled so good. The view was excellent from the balcony. Donald even allows you to use the umbrellas and beach chairs with no additional cost. The location is excellent close to shopping, food, and entertainment. We were very pleased with our stay, We had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Would rate Donald and his property a 10 if I could. Just book it, you will not regret it.

Donald’s condo was perfect! This was our first vacation without kids since our honeymoon in 2000 and it did not disappoint. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the condo. I was able to walk barefoot and my feet did not get dirty at all :) The location was also perfect! Donald was a great host! He actually called us prior the trip to share details and checked on us during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!
