A minute walk from the beach and shops, the apartment is located in the city center, second line to the seafront. The panoramic view of the beach and the sea allows you from your terrace to admire the sea and in the distance the Pyrenees.
The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor in a small building which has a lift and a bicycle parking. The closure of the building is secured by a vigik system. It is located 50m from the beach and 100m from Charles de Gaulle (city center). The nearest bus stop is 250m (church). It is so quiet while being close to all shops, beach and entertainment.
Attention housing is on 2 levels which communicate by a relatively narrow and steep staircase
