About this property

My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers.
The kitchen allows you a perfect autonomy for meals.
Modern and pleasant apartment near the city center (10mn maximum walk), the Loire (100m) and its beaches.

Housing :
The house dates from the beginning of the 20th century, I have enlarged and completely renovated. It is surrounded by a plot of 4000m² closed and trees, where you can relax.
The house is attached to the house but independent with separate entrance.
If you come by bike, they will be safe in our garage.
If you come by car, she will be safe in the closed property.

Access for travelers:
You will access all the enclosed grounds.
On sunny days, you will have your breakfast outside at the birds singing.
You will have sun loungers to relax.

I know the area very well and I will guide you to enjoy the beaches of the Loire and walks, accompany you for a tour of the city and its heritage, give you the best addresses of the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre.
I can rent you at a low price 2 bikes to discover the "Loire by bike".
I can also organize canoe trips on the Loire and Allier with bivouacs on the islands.

Sensitive to ecology and sustainable development, hot water is solar, rainwater supplies toilets, I produce photovoltaic energy, my garden and my fruit trees do not undergo any treatment. A small chicken coop with some hens decorates the garden.

très bonnes vacances

Malgré la canicule nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte très discret et très convivial, nous avons profité des légumes de son jardin, il nous indique les coins de la région qui méritent d'être vus. Il mérite le titre de super hôte. logement très propre, bien équipé? coin extérieur agréable.

Erholsame Woche

Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet allen Komfort den man sich für den Urlaub wünscht. Eine kleine Gartenecke läd auch mal zum faulenzen oder lesen ein aber in wenigen Minuten kann man auch zu Fuß das Zentrum von La Charite erreichen. Gerard Deomier ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, liebenswerter Gastgeber und wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr willkommen gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Gerard

Agréable séjour au calme

Le logement de Gérard est très bien situé,au calme et dans la verdure mais proche du centre et de la Loire.Gérard est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Eine schöne Ferienwohung in einer traumhaften Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und verfügt somit über alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie hat einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit Gartenmöbeln für gemütliche Stunden im Freien. Gerard ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und dennoch diskreter Gastgeber. La Charité ist überdies ein wundervoller und sehr charmanter historischer Ort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden Gerard gerne auch ein weiteres Mal besuchen.

Gelungener Urlaub!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner interessanter Region. Apartment mit separatem Eingang und eigenen kleinen Gartenanteil auf großem Grundstück. Fußläufig zur Loire. Sehr netter Vermieter! Gibt gute Tipps für Sehenswertes in der Region.
