The property was very run down, the fellow guests were less than desirable, the staff was non caring. We were told this was a non smoking area however the hallways reaked of weed and cigarettes. The trash cans around the resort stayed overflowing with the same trash for days, the pools were cloudy, the room had peeling paint, a bad Sheetrock attempt, the stove was gross so we did not use, people using shopping carts as luggage carriers, throw up in the elevators, a weird tissue and discoloration in the bathroom and the shower had to be cleaned before we could use it. We will not be staying here again. The location to the beach and the view from the balcony were both nice.

The room itself was nice. It was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The actual building was kind of old and run down. The pool area was very nice and proximity to the beach was great. We could see the ocean from our balcony, but at an angle (not oceanfront, more “ocean side”), with the view mostly overlooking the pools. The biggest issues were parking and the elevators. We were never able to park in the attached garage. It was always full. So we had to use the garage across the street every time, including check in and check out days (which means we had to lug all our stuff a good distance); I saw that they had luggage carts available, but only a few and never available due to the amount of people staying at the hotel. The biggest issue was the elevators. It was routinely a 15-20 minute wait for the elevator, due to older, slower elevators and tons of people using them. Spent way too much time looking for parking spaces and waiting on elevators. The location itself was nice, close to everything but in a quieter area. I really didn’t care for the actual resort/hotel, even though the room was pleasant.

Condo was listed as Ocean Front, actually it was a side view of the ocean and pool area.

I was slightly disappointed that I thought I was getting FULL OCEAN FRONT. The room was not an Ocean Front, it was a side view showing the pool area and ocean. Otherwise, for what I paid I could have gotten a FULL OCEAN FRONT It was clean, neat, and well-organized. I did have a problem with the door handle, the management company came out asap and fixed it. They may get a few more cooking pots & pans for the condo. it was a great place to stay—a safe area, with lots of people out walking the beach and streets for exercise. The pool and hot tubs were great.
