This spacious apartment in Vinaròs has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family of 5 with children to stay. It offers a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, and a shared garden and has a pebble beach right at the doorstep.

Walk 200 m to reach the beach. Kids will love collecting the pebbles. Peñiscola is 20 km away and you can also visit the 14th-century castle built on a rock. Enjoy for a while at the center of Vinaròs at 2 km with a fishing port. You can enjoy tennis at 3 km and golf at 12 km. There are supermarkets and restaurants available at 200 m.

The apartment is spacious and neatly decorated and has shutters that can be closed for a cool ambiance. You can lounge in the seating area in the living room with electric heating. Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and the greenery from the terrace or furnished garden. 2 pets are allowed and the apartment also allows cot and parking.

Check-in timings are 4 – 7 PM and check-out timings are 9 – 10 AM.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Vi boede på Belvilla by OYO Cala Montero i en uge med børnene, Lejligheden var virkelig rummelig og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for, Børnene elskede den delte pool, og den pebble strand var kun en kort gåtur væk, Jeg mener, hvem elsker ikke at samle sten, rigtigt? Det eneste, jeg vil sige, er, at indtjekningstiden føltes lidt stram, men det venlige personale opvejede det, Alt i alt var det en dejlig oplevelse, ville helt sikkert komme tilbage til endnu en familieferie!

Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, in einer sehr ruhigen Stadt. Die Wohnanlage war sehr gut organisiert und sicher. Wir waren von der Behandlung an der Rezeption durch die Gastgeberin begeistert, die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und alles war sehr sauber. Wir hatten während des Buchungsvorgangs, bei der Ankunft und noch weniger während des Aufenthalts keine Probleme. Alles war perfekt und wir werden es noch einmal wiederholen!!

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub dass Objekt ist so wie auf dem Bildern zu sehen in der Nähe kannst auch gleich einkaufen gehen zum Strand auch nicht weit vom Apartment zum entspannen top

Mooi en schoon appartement. Kan ZEER ZEKER een airco-unit gebruiken! In de beschrijving staat dat het app. geschikt is voor 5 personen. Er stonden maar vier (zeer ongemakkelijke) stoelen rondom de eettafel. Vanaf 2e helft van ons verblijf veel geluidsoverlast ervaren door renovaties in andere appartementen en door (bijna dagelijks) onderhoud van het openbare groen op het park. Helaas ben ik de derde en vierde week behoorlijk ziek geweest en ben na terugkomst in Nederland direct voor anderhalve week in het ziekenhuis opgenomen geweest vanwege een ernstige bacteriële besmetting van mijn longen. Maar dat lag naar alle waarschijnlijkheid niet aan het appartement. Maar het heeft wel onze vakantie volledig verpest. Herstel gaat volgens mijn longarts nog vele maanden duren. Algemeen: Belvilla is, nadat de boeking is geplaatst en betaling heeft plaatsgevonden, erg moeilijk bereikbaar. Onvoldoende mogelijkheden tot contact. Dat kan beter!

La résidence était très bien entretenu, accès aux deux piscines, respects des règles d'hygiène. Le cadre était jolie avec vue sur mer et accès à la plage. De quoi ravir les enfants. Une superette en face, l'utilisation de la voiture était de ce fait plus restrainte.

Alles Bestens. Objekt ist sauber und gepflegt, sowie gut ausgestattet. Top Aussicht. Trotz Corona gute Erholung möglich. Betten spanientypisch etwas kurz für 2m Erwachsene. Da wir Verwandschaft besuchen, ist es für uns optimal gewesen. Etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, an der Straße zu laufen ist wie so oft nicht empfehlenswert. War aber für uns nicht so wichtig, da wir coronabedingt die Massen eh mieden. Kleiner freundlicher Spar-Supermarkt ist zudem direkt vor der Anlage.

Très joli appartement très agréable

Bel appartement très bien situé face à la mer. Par contre très déçue par la gestion du séjour par l'agence Bellevilla injoignable au téléphone et par mail. Nous avons dû récupérer les clés au début du séjour par nos propres moyens, l'agence située aux PaysBas ne nous ayant pas envoyé les instructions de début de location. Donc vigilance de ce coté là !

Très bon séjour passé en famille, appartement très agréable, magnifique vue sur mer, résidence très calme et familiale. Plusieurs piscines pour tous les goûts. Entretien quotidien de la résidence très convenable surtout en période de crise sanitaire👍

Awesome place to stay

Fantastic views over a lovely beach. Balcony in the sun (shades are available) all morning, lovely to wake up to. The apartment has all the required equipment to cook, sit and eat. Pools are great and the sea is less than a stone’s throw away. Would love to return when next in the area.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Een prachtig uitzicht, rustige omgeving, mooi zwembad en heerlijk rustig strand. Prachtig appartement met echt alles aanwezig, heerlijke bedden en zeer schoon en verzorgd. Een heel vriendelijk en fijn ontvangst door heer Pepe. Mooie plaatsen in de buurt, vinaros is een gezellige stad, kleine 10 minuten met de auto. Wij hebben heel erg genoten en gaan zeer zeker terug naar deze mooie plek!

De sleutel ophalen op het domein zelf heeft vele voordelen, de ontvangst was hartelijk. Het appartement was zeer netjes, voorzien van het nodige comfort en heeft goede bedden, er zijn voldoende kussens aanwezig. Het uizicht is magnifiek! Tijdens de zomermaanden kan het zeer warm worden, alle ramen zijn voorzien van rolluiken maar enige andere vorm van verfrissing (airco/windmolens) zijn niet voorzien.

Een geweldig appartement met een prachtig uitzicht in een schitterende resort en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Appartement was lastig te vinden (tip vermeld de straatnaam en huisnummer) Na een telefoontje naar Sr. Pepe was hij met 10 minuten ter plaatse en gaf hij een korte heldere rondleiding in het appartement. Op 300 meter een prima restaurant “Rustica ”lekker eten voor een schappelijke prijs. Leuke stadjes in de buurt – Vinaros, Peniscola en Benicarlo. Zeker een aanrader om terug te gaan

Een leuk appartement met prachtig uitzicht en goede ligging wat de zon betreft. Daarom lekkere temperatuur overdag. Woonkamer met wat ouderwetse meubels. Mooie slaapkamers maar een ventilator zou fijn zijn. Wij hebben een plezierig vakantie gehad en gaan misschien nog wel een keer terug.
