Public golf courses in Ruidoso (Links at Sierra Blanca is 5 miles, Cree Meadows is 7 miles) and don't forget the Inn of the Mountain Gods (11 miles), restaurants galore in Alto and Ruidoso. Spencer Theater (4 miles) & Noisy Winery Barn (1 mile and on the same road) are both in Alto. Watch all walks of wildlife pass by as you enjoy the mountain breeze on the open and covered decks.

Easy to get to Ruidoso as well as Ski Apache. Very clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Everything was so nice and well kept.

Loved our stay! Perfect house for enjoying our time in Ruidoso. The drive was not too far at all, and the house had a great hot tub, and pool table. Awesome decks outside to sit and enjoy the mountain views. We even saw deer and elk on our short walks around the property. You can't go wrong with this property!

Great house for Spring Break ski vacation

This house did not disappoint. Ideal location only minutes away from Winter Park and the road that takes you up to Ski Apache. Spacious floor plan, thoughtful amenities, several TVs, hot tub and pool table. Even my 4 teenagers were pleased. Great communication with the owner. If we return to Ruidoso, we will definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the open space and the game room. We used the hot tub every day after skiing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Bonus is being able to park in the back and not have to use the stairs. Fireplaces were amazing during the snow.

This home looked just like the pictures - no surprises. The house was clean and minimum accessories giving it an open and airy atmosphere. The porches were wonderful with a variety of seating options. The game room and pool table was so nice and there was a cabinet full of cards and board games. The kitchen was well supplied with very new pots, pans and kitchen gadgets. No signs posted throughout the house tellling us not to do this or that - always appreciated. We would love to stay here again!

Watts Up does not disappoint!

Our family stayed at Watts Up over the Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay! We frequently rent VRBO and I’m pretty particular about the properties we rent. This house was very comfortable, incredible views and well appointed in the kitchen. It was roomy for meal seating and each evening a pack of wild horses would come graze in the yard. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood behind the house and the Noisy Winery right down the road. The bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and updated, just as pictured! We had fun in the family game room and the bar came in handy for extra beverage set-up. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a chair or bench in the master for a seat and to get rid of a couple cookie sheets that are rusty. Teresa the property manager was very accommodating, informative, even left a nice note! We had no issues during our stay and plan to book again!

Perfect spot for relaxing

This vacation spot was perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own rooms and TV’s, the kitchen was easy to prepare meals in and had anything I needed for cooking, the gameroom was so fun with the pool table, and there were tons of games to play in the game cabinet. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the wraparound deck and hot tub. The location was great. Just a few minutes to get into Ruidoso or fish/hike at Alto Lake and only 20-30 minutes from Grindstone Lake and Ski Apache. We enjoyed watching deer and elk from the house and waking up to have coffee on the chilly mornings. We wished we had a few more days to enjoy. The host was responsive to any questions and helpful. We would definitely stay again should we come back to Ruidoso!

Many rules were broken by the guest including pets in home, maximum of people staying in house was violated, and other problems. Watts Up does have 4 cameras around the house on the outside of the house, this is permitted by VRBO. I am sorry the guest did not respect the home and a poor review was given because of that
