Shands Hospital, the VA, Butler Plaza & UF are all approximately a 5-minute commute. Close to the O'Connel Center and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Close to nature hikes and trails such as Paynes Prarie. Great location, perfect for the business person or fans in town for a Gator game or function.

The floor plan features a large living room with dedicated dining area, open kitchen, separate laundry area, spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, with tub and shower combos and screened porch. The couch has a pullout sleeper. Large Flat panel 49 inch HD TV in the living room and the bedrooms have 32-inch flat-panel televisions. The screened porch has two loungers and a table and is a great place for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Washer and Dryer are located in the laundry closet. If you have a special request such as transportation, tours of Gainesville, site seeing, birthdays or anniversary decoration please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your requests for a small fee.
