Shands Hospital, the VA, Butler Plaza & UF are all approximately a 5-minute commute. Close to the O'Connel Center and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Close to nature hikes and trails such as Paynes Prarie. Great location, perfect for the business person or fans in town for a Gator game or function.

Weekly/Monthly DiscountsThis quiet two bedroom two and a half bath unit has a spacious 2 story floor plan. The floor plan features a large living room with dedicated dining area, open kitchen, separate laundry area, spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, with tub and shower combos and screened porch. The couch has a pullout sleeper. Large Flat panel 49 inch HD TV in the living room and the bedrooms have 32-inch flat-panel televisions. The screened porch has two loungers and a table and is a great place for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Washer and Dryer are located in the laundry closet. If you have a special request such as transportation, tours of Gainesville, site seeing, birthdays or anniversary decoration please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your requests for a small fee.

Great location if you’re going to UF or downtown Gainesville. Plenty room for 6 people. The owner is highly professional and communicates very well and responds timely. Home is very clean. Definitely would stay again when going to campus or gator nationals.

Everything about this condo was perfect for us! We came for a Gator football weekend and the location was close to campus, close to food/groceries. The condo was clean and set up well for 2 couples. Communication and details about the condo was easy to understand. Definitely would stay here again.

Great space!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and updated and clean. The location isn't walkable to retail establishments, but it's a great spot if you have a car. Very safe! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and support from the property manager

This location was great-- clean and quiet. The property manager was also very responsive. My issue with this listing was in the communication of the property. I selected a unit that had a max capacity of 6 because we were attending a graduation at UF, and I had family members who needed time to confirm their attendance. Basically, I selected the unit because I would have a max of 6 guests. Once I received the check-in information, I was told that I needed to update my reservation (which was listed at 4) to include my additional person (and pay an additional fee). While the fee was minimal, it still did not track with what I have encountered before at VRBO. Once we got into the unit, the paper there said that I would need to pay for additional guests if I had more than 6 at the unit (which actually made more sense). Next, on the listing, it stated that there was parking in the front of the unit. However, there were no restrictions identified in the listing itself. BUT on the welcome email, it clearly stated that only two cars would be permitted to park at the unit at any time. Again, this was only a slight inconvenience for us, but others may have adult children with multiple cars without options of where to park the extra cars. Overall, this place and the manager were great for our needs. I hope that the manager will align the language of the paperwork and communication to match the listing for future guests.
