Revel in this privately located five bedroom luxury home with majestic views of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds. If the fabulous views are not quite enough, this home includes an 30 Metre long infinity pool & theatre .
Only 5 minutes from town this Estate is ideal for those seeking privacy and seclusion.
Please note there are SECURITY CAMERAS and operating and recording at Gate,Drive,Entrance,Front Deck overlooking part of the pool.
PLEASE NOTE a frame-less glass fence has built around the pool and our photo's have not been updated.Also the neighbours will be building a fence from the entrance of the property along the heli-pad down to the water tank , we do not know when this will happen.

The photos of this property don't do it justice! It is stunning and we really enjoyed our stay. You wont want to leave the property, but if you do it is just a short ride to town.

Fantastic

Last moment booking. 30(!) meters long infinity swimming pool overlooking the entire Picton is a key feature. NYE with ferries, marina, and city at your feet :) Mary and Kent The Host are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous February

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house and location was one of the best we have experienced . The hosts were fabulous 10/10 . The frig had some welcome drinks ready for our arrival which was great after a day travelling. We will definitely be back and were very sad to leave. Would recommend the house 100%.
