The open floor plan and abundant windows fill the home with natural light and offer beautiful views of the backyard and pool. Room-darkening curtains in each bedroom ensure restful sleep, even if you want to sleep in.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations—or you can opt for delicious takeout from the many great restaurants nearby.
In the backyard, you'll find our friendly resident tortoise, Tristan, who happily roams the space and requires no care—just your enjoyment!

What makes this property unique
The home was built in 1959 as housing for Pratt & Whitney employees. We love the open floor plan and many windows overlooking the private backyard. We use Florida-friendly landscaping and have Grid-tied solar panels that cover the roof. Our tortoise Tristan roams the backyard and it is fun to watch!
