Basque house of 180m ², surrounded by a large terrace with a magnificent view over the bay of Saint-Jean de Luz. Quiet, nestled in the heart of a property of 3000m ² maintained throughout the year. A large living room with fireplace and dining room overlooking a covered terrace with a large table very nice for meals facing the sea. 4 rooms with wooden floor and a closed landing: - 1 bedroom 18m² sea view (1 double bed of 140) - 1 room of 15m² (2 twin beds of 90) - 2 large rooms of 25m² (2 twin beds of 80 + 1 bed of 90) (2 twin beds of 90 + 2 extra beds for children) - 1 landing of 18m ² closed on staircase (1 bed of 90) 2 bathrooms Kitchen equipped - Hot plates (Vitroceramic) - Recent oven - microwaves - Refrigerator - Coffee machine ("Senseo") - Blender - Washing dishes - Large freezer (tray) The villa is equipped with a washing machine. A barbecue, 4 chairs and a garden furniture are at your disposal. Large private parking for 4-5 cars. Note: - The house is located on a hill, the garden has elevations. - The maintenance of the garden requires mowing the lawn regularly. It is possible that the gardener passes during your stay.
