About this property

Totally renovated holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Covered terrace with large enclosed grounds, barbecue and outdoor kitchen area.

Fitted kitchen open to the living room, with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, TV, vacuum cleaner)
Two shower rooms, washing machine.
5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds (3 double beds and one 160 bed) and one with two single beds, possibility of folding bed for young children.

The house is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from downtown La Tremblade by bike and its daily market, 10 minutes from the bike paths to access the beaches and Ronce les Bains.

Bien placée mais nécessite un bon coup de propre.

Maison très bien située, à proximité des lieux touristiques et de la plage. Communication fluide avec les propriétaires et accueil chaleureux et souriant par les personnes en charge de la conciergerie. A noter que la maison comporte une annexe avec 2 chambres mais sans wc et point d’eau. A noter également que sur les deux wc mentionnés l’un est situé en dehors de la maison à côté de l’entrée du jardin (wc d’extérieur assez rudimentaire). La maison principale est bien mais tout l’ensemble mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage surtout la cuisine où nous avons trouvé une cafetière sale, des plats et assiettes sales que nous avons dû relaver avant utilisation, des tiroirs contenant plein de miettes. Idem dans les armoires des chambres, très poussiéreuses, nous avons retrouvés des pipettes de sérum physiologique usagées (le nettoyage n’a pas du être fait depuis longtemps). Nous avons formulé nos remarques en espérant que pour les prochains locataires le nécessaire sera fait.

Tres bon séjour le petit moins les 2 chambres extérieures meriteraient une porte entre les 2 ainsi qu'une salle de bain wc . Je recommande la location. Sophie

Idéal pour un week end en famille

Un week end de retrouvailles avec nos enfants qui habitent loin de chez nous. 5 chambres , 2 salle de bain. La table intérieure mériterait d être un peu plus grande (40 cm) . Petit problème d évacuation avec Le wc extérieur. Un point d eau côte plancha pourrait être interessant. Il manque des portes manteaux ( au mur) ds les chambres. Une location bien aménagée et fonctionnelle et adaptée pour 10 adultes.

Prix excessif pour la prestation

Les gardiens sont très accueillants et disponibles ! La location est proprette. Mais plusieurs disfonctionnement sont apparus lors du séjour : - Le portail électrique à un fonctionnement difficile et la réactivité du propriétaire est lente. - Certains volets et fenêtres s'ouvrent ou se ferment difficilement - Fuite sous lavabo, lunette de wc non stable - Fils dénudés sous radiateur - ....
