Les Mathes-La Palmyre: villa of 180 m2 on 1000 m2 of land in a quiet private residence and not overlooked. Located 4. 5 km of beaches, 800 m from the city center with its shops, its supermarket, cinema, tennis courts, and its market every day in summer. 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), one with shower room; 1 bathroom with tub. Mezzanine serving games room (table football, pinball, darts, billiards). Living room (leather sofa) dining room of 60 m2 kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped and pantry. wooden pool of 50 by 8. 4. 50 m deep and 30 m length 1. (heated from June to September) and secure with outdoor shower. Children playground, table tennis, trampoline 3. 60m fully secure, balançoire..le on a plot of 1000 m2. Very quiet and not overlooked. All walls and partitions are solid wood which guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic comfort in summer and winter. Possibility to rent for weekends outside the school period 'minimum price of 350 euros for 4 people and their children (small supplement per additional adult, same for week end of 3 days from 450 euros) Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.

Super stay in Les Mathes

We had a great holiday in Les Mathes. We had our two dogs with us and the garden was excellent for them. Great size, secure and nice and shady. We loved going to La Palmyre which is only 5 mins away in the car. It was a shame there was no restaurants in walking distance but lots of choice in La Palmyre which we loved. The house is very roomy and Cedric and Eva were super helpful. We had a couple of days where we weren’t able to use the pool but they sorted as quickly as possible and communication was excellent!

Stayed as a family of 5, two adults, two teens and a 3 year old.Lots of space, the owners were very helpful.The pool was lovely and a good size and the games room with pool table was a great addition.House was lovely, some of the outside items could do with replacing, like the wooden deckchairs and treehouse wasnt really usable. Other than that there was everything you needed. A well equiped kitchen and a bbq outside.The house is in a good area but you do need a car for sightseeing. Local beaches were great especially la Palmyre and Royan with some lovely eateries there.La Rochelle is alsi worth a visit.You can walk to the shop from the property in around 10 minutes.Overall a lovely holiday.

Villa tout en bois très spacieuse et très bien équipée y compris pour les loisirs : billard, baby foot, flipper, vidéo proj., pingpong à disposition. Grand Jardin sans vis-à-vis et au calme absolu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement de la maison au calme dans un domaine privé.Le degré d'équipement de la maison est top tant à l' extérieur au niveau du jardin qu'en intérieur,le bois de l'habitation est extrêmement chaleureux,Nous avons largement utilisé tous ces équipements et bien évidemment la piscine.Hébergement à recommander vraiment.

Excellent séjour dans cette spacieuse maison avec sa grande piscine chauffée (un GROS plus). Rien ne manque : matériel de cuisine, guides touristiques. Les literies sont confortables, si si ça compte ! Plage à quelques minutes et emplacement idéal pour visiter la région.

Très agréable séjour familial

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille. La maison est spacieuse et entourée d’un agréable jardin. Le domaine est calme, reposant et dog friendly. La proximité des commerces du village des Mathes permet de profiter de journées ensoleillées entre piscine et jeux sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture pour organiser de beaux repas dans le jardin. Les plages de la Palmyre et de Saint-Palais-sur-mer sont très proches en vélo ou en voiture de même que Marennes et les petits villages d’ostréiculteurs où les huîtres et autres coquillages sont délicieux. L’accueil des propriétaires et l’aide pour l’entretien de la piscine tout au long de notre séjour ont été formidables de même que les conseils pour les restos ! En somme de très agréables vacances en famille dans cette jolie maison familiale, le billard et le baby-foot ont ravi les ados et l’environnement de la maison a ressourcé les plus grands.

Vacances coup de cœur

Quelle semaine fantastique passée au sein de cette superbe villa !! Son emplacement est idéal, au calme dans un charmant domaine et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le jardin doté d'une belle piscine et d'une végétation variée fut un réel havre de paix. La villa quant à elle, parfaitement agencée, dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. Et que dire des multiples loisirs à disposition (babyfoot, billard, flipper et jeux de société) Un régal pour l'ensemble de la famille ! Nous regrettons de n'avoir pu rester plus longtemps et reviendrons très certainement l'an prochain. Pour finir, nous remercions vivement Cédric pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Au plaisir !
