Apartment T2 any comfort, done again for nine of 35m ² in a building located on the most pretty and pleasant squares of Perigueux, consisting of equipped kitchen (fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, plate induction, cookware, caffetiere, toaster) living room with flat screen, internet, double sofa bed, separate toilet, separate bedroom 140x200 double bed, closet and bathroom with shower.
Knowing that during the renovations (2012 - 2013) the apartment has received thermal and sound insulation to fully enjoy the joys of downtown without the disadvantages.
Ideally located in the heart of the old town on the Place Saint Louis close to parking (Vinci underground 100m with possibility of subscription to the week for € 28) and pedestrian streets, where you will discover our various gourmet restaurants, our shops , regional markets, entertainment, as well as tourist places like the cathedral st front and the Gallo-Roman city, lovers of walking will enjoy the old streets and 20 km of greenway.
