About this property

Rent on the outskirts of GAREOULT (center var / green Provence), in a residential and quiet area, a studio attached to the villa with gate, parking and independent access.
This studio for 2 people maximum is organized on two levels:
- On the ground floor a room of 30m2 including a living room with bay window, an open kitchenette equipped (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and oven traditional electric), then a bathroom with shower at the Italian and toilets.
- on the floor, a room under roof spaces with a bed of 140.
Covered terrace adjoining the pool and landscaped garden with open views.

Sheets and towels not provided.
Bed linen available for rent 10euros / semaine
A deposit is required for the 25th cleaning (returned at the end of the stay if cleaning done).
300euros deposit (returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damage)

Accueil, calme et vue !

Studio agréable et fonctionnel avec parking privé et ombragé. Petite terrasse couverte où nous avons pris tous nos repas . Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine. Christine et Serge sont des hôtes sympathiques et attentifs, merci à eux pour ce séjour ensoleillé.

It was fantastic!! All real what the photos suggested, a marvelous place and fantastic hospitality!

All very very nice, especially outside the apartment the garden and all, we enjoyed so much the atmosphere there. And Serge and Christine were fantastic hosts!!
