The Space
Lovely apartment in Morro Jable, at the south of Fuerteventura. It is located in the best area of town, in the Chateau Morro Complex.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy lounge, a dining room, a large bathroom and two terraces from which you can enjoy the wonderfuls views of the Atlantic ocean, the beach and the town of Morro Jable.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, also linen and towels that are changed weekly.

-The price includes cleaning once a week for 7 nights’ stays or more (in stays under 7 nights a 50 € supplement will be charged for the final cleaning).
- Internet wireless connection Wi-Fi is included in the price.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is a 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc.

Morro Jable is ideal for diving and snorkeling, kite-surfing, windsurfing, surfing, biking, etc. It is also the perfect place just to relax and enjoy the most beautiful beaches in the whole Europe and the typical Canarian cuisine in the many restaurants that are near the apartment.

Getting around
If what you want is a quiet and relaxing beach vacation you do not need a car, there are buses that travel directly from the airport to Morro Jable and you can do it also by taxi, although at a much higher price. If you come by boat, a taxi ride from the harbour to the apartment costs less than 5 €.

However, if you want to know the island and lose yourself in its coves and beautiful spots it is advisable to have a car. It is also possible to rent bikes to explore the surroundings.

House Rules
- The check in is at 16:00 and check out is at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no other check-ins or check outs from other guests. Please, ask us in this regard with your estimated arrival and departure hours.
- Smoking is allowed, but it is mandatory to do it only in the terraces.

Minimum Stay
The miminum stay is usually of 7 nights, but at certain times you may stay fewer nights paying a supplement of 50 € for final cleaning. Ask us in this regard, indicating your estimated arrival and departure dates.

Beautiful Spanish apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment but like others say, you need to be fit to cope with the couple of hundred steps from town. The location was perfect for us and the apartment is very spacious. We hope to visit next year. Jazmin responds to all questions very speedily. However, as retro as a stove top kettle is - an electric one would be handy.

Ein toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung war so wie sie in der Beschreibung dargestellt wurde. Das schönste war der Morgen auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Strand von Morro wenn die Sonne aufging. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Trilocale meraviglioso a Morro Jable, a 5 minuti da spiaggia e ristoranti

La casa è bellissima. Si trova all'interno di un residence. Ampio salone, cucina a vista, due camere matrimoniali grandi, un bagno, due terrazzi attrezzati e vivibili (si può mangiare all'aperto). Purtroppo la casa non era particolarmente pulita (mi riferisco in particolare alla cucina - il tostapane era ruggine e pieno di briciole, la caffettiera americana era tutta incrostata e sporca e le stoviglie in generale erano unte - ed al bagno: dalla doccia uscivano quotidianamente tantissime formiche e non c'è stato verso di mandarle via). Wi-Fi gratuito. Parcheggio agevole e gratuito davanti a casa. La casa si trova in una ottima posizione che consente di raggiungere facilmente a piedi, in 5-10 minuti, la spiaggia ed il lungo mare di Morro Jable. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile fino al giorno del nostro arrivò ma quando, prima di partire, le ho segnalato il problema delle formiche in bagno non si è neppure degnata di rispondermi. La scarsa pulizia e la questione delle formiche mi impediscono di dare 5 stelle (che diversamente la casa meriterebbe senza alcun dubbio).

Schöne Wohnung mit leichten Schwächen

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Stadtkerns von MorroJable und ist über ca. 150 Stufen mit dem Zentrum/Strand verbunden. Sie verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile und 2 schöne, große Terassen. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist sehenswert. Der unterhalb der Terasse liegende Pool darf leider nicht genutzt werden. Andere Mieter fühlen sich allerdings lautstark im Pool sehr wohl. Die Terassenmöbel sind billigste Qualität und wie die Auflagen abgewohnt. Das Badezimmer könnte ebenfalls eine Renovierung vertragen. Soweit man mit diesen kleinen Schwächen leben kann, kann man sich recht wohl fühlen.

Highly recommended

Very well located and clean and fully equipped, with a great terrace with views to the sea. Jazmin was friendly and the communucation with her was very easy. I highly encourge to stay in Jazmin's house if you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable holidays close by the excellent beach of Morro Jable.

Da ich früher in Morro gelebt habe, konnte ich die Lage der Ferienwohnung im Vorfeld sehr gut einschätzen. Sie bietet wirklich die besten Voraussetzung um im Süden Fuerteventuras den perfekten Urlaub zu genießen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen. Jazmin war sehr freundlich, erreichbar und bemüht alles zu arrangieren.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Morro Jable sehr genossen

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Zu Fuß gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Strand, erreicht Restaurants und den Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien!!! Für Leute, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sind: Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Apartment abseits der großen Hotelanlagen in ruhiger Lage aber nahe des Kerns von Morro Jable mit einem wunderbaren Meerblick von der Terrasse. Wir verlebten einen perfekten und erholsamen Urlaub in der sehr gepflegten und schönen Apartmentanlage. Vielen Dank auch an die Familie Granell, für die gute Kommunikation und den netten Empfang mit Getränken und frischem Obst. Wir können dieses schöne Apartment und die freundlichen Vermieter nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Lovely appartment with wonderful views. The 2 terraces provide plenty of outdoor space.

Well laid out and beautifully furnished. Nice comfortable settee and sun loungers and chairs have nice clean comfortable cushions. Matresses are very comfortable but we found the duvets too heavy and too warm - even in January - and pillows are rather lumpy. Needs more crockery and glassware - limited even for 2 people. Free Wifi is a bonus. We loved the quiet location and got plenty of exercise walking up and down to the town and beach. Thanks to Jasmin for the welcome. Hope to return.

Great views and very convenient for the old town

Lovely apartment, lots of space, very comfortable. Convenient for being close to the old town and restaurants. Great views from terraces. Well equipped kitchen. Parking right outside at the back of the block. Very quiet at night in the area around during our stay. Be aware if your mobility is reduced that there are lots of steps down (and back up!) to sea front. In the winter the terraces get sun all morning up until about 2pm. Good communication, meeting and greeting from Jasmin. We would certainly stay at this apartment again.

Liebe Familie Granell

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.Alles war perfekt.Der Hausherr,der - wie auch seine Tochter - sehr gut deutsch sprechen,empfing uns persönlich und zeigte uns die sehr schöne Wohnung.Wir freuten uns über einen bunten Obstkorb,eine Flasche einheimischen Wein,Wasser und den Sachen für unser erstes Frühstück.Die Brötchen brachte jeden Morgen eine junge Frau an die Eingangstür.Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände und Geräte waren in einem sehr guten Zustand.Es fehlte an nichts.Die Putzfrau,die zwei mal in der Woche kam,putzte überaus gründlich.Ich möchte noch die gute Qualität der Matratzen erwähnen,die einen ausgezeichneten Schlaf zuließen.Wir werden den schönen Sonnenaufgang,den wir jeden Morgen von der tollen Terrasse aus beobachteten,noch lange in Erinnerung behalten.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in schöner Anlage

Nach herzlichem Empfang durch Herr Granell, fanden wir eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage vor. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hat eine hervorragende Aussicht zum Strand und Meer. Wir verbrachten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Fuerteventura. Absolut empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder.

Top Location für Individualisten

Das Chateau Morro liegt oberhalb vom Städtchen Morro Jable in einem ruhigen Quartier und bietet von seinen Terrassen aus einen einzigartigen Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist äusserst geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der Service war von der Begrüssung bis zur Abreise schlicht perfekt. So wurden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche regelmässig gewechselt und das Appartement geputzt. Wir können das Chateau Morro wirklich nur bestens weiterempfehlen für Menschen, welche ihren Urlaub individuell und entspannt verbringen möchten. S. Kym & T. Eglin

Traumferienwohnung

Diese Wohnung werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder für einen Urlaub buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das ruhige und entspannte Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist zwar relativ klein, reicht aber vollkommen aus um sich abzukühlen. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, es sind doch einige Treppen zu steigen, da Morro Jable im Hang liegt. Die Putzfrau muß ich auf jeden Fall noch lobend erwähnen, sie war wahnsinnig gründlich und sehr freundlich. Wenn man jenseits der Bettenburgen einen individuell gestalteten Urlaub machen möchte, ist diese Wohnung wirklich ideal. Wir waren nur für eine Woche dort, aber aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung ist sie auch sehr für Langzeiturlauber geeignet.

Eine Traum Wohnung in einer Traum Umgebung

Wir hatten sechs Wochen in dieser schönen Umgebung eingeplant. Leider mussten wir durch einen Todesfall unseren Urlaub nach 3,5 Wochen abbrechen. Diese Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft und uns hat es sehr leid getan sie so schnell verlassen zu müssen. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank fürdas Frühstück bestückt. Wir wurden von Herrn Granell sehr nett empfangen und haben unsere Ferientage hier sehr genossen. In allen Kategorien geben wir der Wohnun eine 5,0. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt inm nächsten Jahr.

Wohlfühlort

Wir schließen uns den anderen Gästen an. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer herrlichen Terrasse. Von dieser blickt man auf den Strand und das Meer. Zentral gelegen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der lange, wunderbare Strand waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Der kleine Pool war sogar im März benutzbar. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Ruhige und wunscherschöne Wohnung in Morro jable

Große Ferienwohnung mitten in Morro jable . In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden , gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage ideal zum erholen und trotzdem zentrumsnah. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit wieder absolut empfehlenswert .

Zentral, ruhig, tolle Aussicht

Mitten in Morro Jable, mit Blick aufs Meer und den Strand, nahe beim Strand, dem Fischerhafen, den Restaurants und Läden und doch ruhig - absolut ideal für erholsame Ferien. Das Apartement ist grosszügig, die Terasse auch. Wenn wir wieder nach Morro Jable kommen, dann sicher wieder in diese Wohnung mit den freundlichen Vermietern.

Top Apartment mit super Service

Das Apartment hat uns den perfekten Platz für einen perfekten Urlaub geboten. Trotz Verspätung durch den Flug wurden wir extrem herzlich empfangen und haben gleich die ersten Tipps bekommen. Im Apartment gab es ein Willkommensgeschenk in Form von Wasser, Butter, Obst, Sekt.. Jeden Morgen bekommt man frische Brötchen an die Tür gehängt (ist im Preis inkludiert). 2x die Woche kommt auch eine Putzfrau. Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Und der Blick aufs Meer ist spitze. Auf der Terrasse gibt es auch Liegen und einen großen Schirm. Die Anlage selber ist superschön gepflegt. Vom Pool bis zu den Stufen. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. In 10 Minuten ist man im Ort und am wunderschönen Strand. Wir bekamen hier Privatsphäre mit Top-Service. DANKE

Schöne Wohnung mit super Service

Wir haben knapp 3 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Anreise wartete ein Obstkorb, Wein und ein Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Getränken und Zutaten für das Frühstück schon auf uns. Ein toller Service, der nicht selbstverständlich ist. Brötchenservice und 2 x wöchentlich sehr gute Reinigung waren perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und auch beim Supermarkt. Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäfte - alles zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Positiv erwähnen möchte wir auch die ausgesprochen nette und herzliche Betreuung durch die Familie Granell. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Jazmin für Ihre Hilfe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wonderful

Superb apartment, wonderful location, became quite spoiled with fresh bread delivered every morning and cleaning lady every couple of days. One drawback for elderly occupants, be prepared to climb a few steps from the lower part of Morro Jable as the apartment is situated quite high up. Hope to return for another visit quite soon.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

wir waren im Herbst mit der ganzen Familie dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jeden morgen haben wir auf der tollen Terrasse gefrühstückt (die Brötchen werden einem sogar gebracht) und haben die schöne Aussicht genossen. Es war nicht viel los in der Anlage und den Pool hatten wir eigentlich immer für uns. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten und der ist wirklich fantastisch! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
