About this property
Villa for 4 people "L'Amandier" Lagoon pool to share
Our rentals are all composed of a fully equipped kitchen with 1 or 2 bedrooms. The apartments are integrated into our Mas and the villas are built in 2008
The kitchens are furnished with a table with chairs depending on the capacity, equipped with a hot / cold water sink, 1 fridge / freezer, a 6 or 12 place setting dishwasher (except for the studio), a microwave, a hob electric. Top and bottom storage units - Crockery for 4/6/12 people depending on the accommodation, coffee maker - 160 beds for apartments or 1.80 or 2 0.90 two beds for villas. Walk-in shower except for the apartment 'Le Figuier' and 'Micocoulier' equipped with shower block - mini HIFI system - CD + T.V - In front of the entrance of each, a terrace: equipped with garden table with 4 chairs. 2 sun loungers at your disposal
On the property, children's swing - Mobile gas barbecue under the arbor for the use of all tenants
Washing machine: For any request for use You will need to drop off your laundry in the morning at our office, it will be returned to you in the evening. (The cost per Machine being 5 €).
Our rentals since January 1, 2008 are Non Smoking.
- Pets are not allowed in season (July and August)
You will be on an agricultural domain, you will thus benefit from all our summer products: Melon, Tomato, zucchini, eggplant .....

Vacances de rêve au calme
Idéal pour se reposer avec tout le confort moderne dans un gîte très propre et très bien aménagé. La chance d'avoir des produits frais cueillis le jour meme au pied du gîte est un luxe de qualité et de goût (légumes fruits etc...). La piscine et les ballades sur les petits sentiers environnants sont appréciables. La region offre plusieurs sites historiques à visiter et la mer n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres .... Le rêve !!! Allez-y vite.

Traumhaft enspannter Urlaub
Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub für meine Freundin und mich. Die Häuser waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betreiber sind SEHR freundlich, zuvorkommend und überaus hilfsbereit.
Das Gemüse, das Obst, der Wein, die Konfitüre - aus eigener Bewirtschaftung - konnten wir uns immer frisch bestellen und schmeckten bei jedem Biss (Schluck) die satte Sonne Frankreichs.
Der nette Poolbereich lud zum erfrischen und entspannen ein.
Alles wurde Unterschtrichen durch den weiten, malerischen Ausblick.
In der Umgebung fanden wir alles für den tägliche Bedarf. Weinfeste und Märke in den Umliegenden Städten fanden wir wundervoll. Ein Urlaub, den wir seit dem stets Wiederholen.

Unsere schönsten Urlaubstage
Wir waren jetzt bereits vier mal in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil. Es waren jedesmal sehr erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Tage. Wir sind oft zum Strand gefahren und konnten dort wunderbar baden und Spaß haben. Der Strand ist weitläufig, das Wasser sehr schön klar, so dass das Baden riesigen Spass macht. Die Tage die wir in unserem Ferienhaus verbrachten wurden nie langweilig. Der Pool ist groß und wir konnten wunderbar schwimmen. Die Kinder hatten immer ihren Spass.
Die Versorgung mit sehr leckerem Wein, frischem Obst und Gemüse durch die sehr aufmerksamen Vermieter David und Daniel haben wir sehr genossen. So konnten wir uns leckere Köstlichkeiten in der sehr praktischen Küche kochen und danach bei leckerem Rosé auf der Terrasse den Abend genießen. Die wunderbare Ruhe auf dem Gelände war für uns immer das Schönste. Und wenn man mal nicht Kochen mochte, gibt es in der näheren Umgebung wunderbare Lokale, um Fisch u.ä. zu essen. Ausflüge nach Sete, Pezenas, Bezier sind unbedingt zu empfehlen. Alles sehr schöne interessante Städte. Wir werden bestimmt noch oft zu David und Daniel fahren.

Ruhiges Anwesen mit schönem Pool
Wir haben wunderschöne 12 Tage verbracht. Serignan Plage war nahe genug, um regelmäßig am Strand zu baden. Ansonsten gibt es viele Städte und Dörfer zu besichtigen, Höhlen, Schluchten zum Kanu fahren, Austern Essen.
Die Villa L'amandier ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unglaublich ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Herault-Landschaft und die Cevennen. Außerdem haben wir die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Pool genossen.
