This beautiful 1400 square foot condo is located in the Windtower complex. The apartment features 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 10 guests on 6 beds. The Large master bedroom features a King as well as a Queen sized Murphy. The large master bath includes a glass shower as well as a jetted soaker tub. On the other side of the condo you will find one bedroom with a single over double bunk bed, and a second "master" bedroom with en suite and queen bed.

This bright unit also features 4 balconies that help bring the outside in.

We also include a single cot for use anywhere in the suite as well as a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy the parks on us with the included park pass.

Unit is professionally cleaned to Alberta Health's standards for hotels with a Bleach Based cleaner.

The outdoor hot tub is currently closed due to an electrical accident, the gym is open.

Guests can access the entire property, however the hot tubs are shared

Guests will be charged $50 if they do not start a load of towels before leaving, and $200 if they stay in the unit past 11 am (unless arranged with the hosts), and $100 for each additional hour. These measures are in place to give our cleaners maximum time to disinfect the unit.
Quiet time is 10pm. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted, including inside the suites or on the balconies. Strict fines are enforced, so please respect this rule.

Checkout is 11am, unless otherwise specified in our communications. Elevator Keys must be returned to the mailbox upon check out.
