Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private six-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.

The Space:
Two Story Penthouse loft with 1722 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 6-person hot tub.

The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, large bathroom and king sized bed. The main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply) while the den offers a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area. The suite offers a private rooftop patio complete with a six-person hot tub as well as a balcony on the main floor equipped with a barbecue.

We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

Also included are two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, PlayStation, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.

Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! It's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.

Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years' old climbing there.

Getting Around:
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1 km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.

Other Things to Note:
There is an upscale restaurant (The Grande) in the building. We have always had fantastic meals there and have never been disappointed. Still, the restaurant gets mixed reviews, so check out how it's doing during your stay at TripAdvisor.

**The building's pool and indoor hot tub will be closed for approximately two weeks starting Monday, April 15, 2024, for extensive work to be completed. You will still have exclusive 24/7 access to the private rooftop hot tub of the suite during your stay.**

***Please note the Techno steam shower in the main floor bathroom is getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee its continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not work. We are in the process of replacing the showers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

Interaction with Guests:
We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants. If you’re looking for something specific or need more information, the building also has front desk staff that are very helpful.

Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available 11 am - 4 pm daily.

Great Place Stay While In Canmore!
A group of 8 stayed here to take part in the Rocky Mountain Soap Company Walk in Canmore... its a beautiful condo with so much room! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The hot tub was wonderful, the pool with the slide and hot tub were fantiastic and the beds were great... even the pull out one! I totally recommend staying here! Will definately return!

Unit next to restaurant kitchen fan
I would not recommend this particular unit because even though the condo is fantastic, it is located above the restaurant kitchen and next to their fans, which means there is a very noisy, constant and annoying vibration of the kitchen fans running all day and evening that can be felt through the entire unit. The two downstairs bedrooms are almost impossible to stay in. We could feel the walls and beds shaking, and we used an app on our phones to check the decibel level at 60. It is like having your washing machine at the spin cycle for hours. The owner was very responsive and sorry about the situation after we mentioned it, and they asked the restaurant people to turn off the fan for the night between 11:00 and midnight for the two nights we stayed there. They seem to be aware of the situation. If I had known, I would have booked another unit. This greatly affected our stay, and we will never go there again.

Great condo!
There were 5 of us on a girls trip, and this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for us all, it was very clean and well stocked, and the roof top hot tub was amazing to have. We would definitely recommend this property.
