Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom penthouse suite with jaw-dropping views from your private nine-person hot tub.

This is one of five Penthouse Suites that we own and operate on the same floor of the same building. Please see all of them for options or if you are travelling with friends and need additional room.

The Space:
Two Story Penthouse loft with 2400 sq. ft. of living space inside and a large deck with outdoor living space and 9-person hot tub!

The suite boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, large bathroom and king sized bed. The first main floor bedroom comes with 1 King size bed and 1 Queen size bed. The second main floor bedroom comes with a King size bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request (Please give 48 hours notice for that or a charge may apply), seating area and TV. The main floor also features a large bathroom, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and a large living room and dining area.

We offer guests free WiFi as well as access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

The suite comes with two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, PlayStation, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that we do not allow pets and the suite is a smoke-free environment.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible and guest will need to use stairs once inside the suite. The suite is split level. You will need to use the stairs to get down to the main floor and to get up to the second level of the suite. There is an elevator adjacent to the underground heated parking spots so getting luggage to the room is easy. It's just that the suite itself has stairs.

Don't forget to check out the indoor/outdoor pool, water slide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor (especially if you travel with children).

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.

The Neighborhood:
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! It's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.

Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

Getting Around:
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.

Other Things to Note:
There is an upscale restaurant (The Grande) in the building. We have always had fantastic meals there and have never been disappointed. Still, the restaurant gets mixed reviews, so check out how it's doing during your stay at TripAdvisor.

**The building's pool and indoor hot tub will be closed from April 15 - May 24, 2024, for extensive work to be completed. You will still have exclusive 24/7 access to the private rooftop hot tub of the suite during your stay.**

***Please note the Techno showers on the main floor are getting a little bit old, and we cannot guarantee their continued performance. The shower will work as a regular shower, but the remote and additional functions may not always work. The steam function no longer works in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing the showers. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ***

Interaction with Guests:
We have an excellent onsite team to assist you. If for some reason, they are not available, you can (almost always) reach us on cell anytime. We have a guidebook of recommended activities and restaurants. If you’re looking for something specific or need more information, the building also has front desk staff that are very helpful.

Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available 11 am - 4 pm daily.
