Our beautiful, family friendly rental property is located in the heart of Canmore in the Canmore Crossing Building and is the perfect place for your next getaway. This condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. It was spotlessly clean and the location could not have been better! Easy access to the highway to see all the many sights in the area and grocery and liquor stores and eateries were right out your door. It was just a short walk to the cute downtown area of Canmore. Lindsay was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!!

5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Moose condo in Canmore. The location couldn’t be more convenient — close to everything, but still quiet enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. The condo itself is cozy, clean, and truly feels like a home away from home.One of our favorite features was the large windows, which offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Watching the rain roll in over the peaks was surprisingly peaceful and added to the overall charm of the place. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.The underground parking was another great bonus — especially handy during unpredictable mountain weather. Overall, the Misty Moose had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for Families

If you like convenience, warm home feel, amenities, mountian views and less tourists, this is the place for your stay in Canmore. 25 min from town of Banff and the National park. Plenty of space for a family and two full bathrooms. Super clean and owner/management very responsive. Make sure to reserve hot tub on rooftop in advance since it books fast.

Lovely stay

The process was very easy, the house was so very well maintained. We all really loved it. My wife is expecting so we really liked the safety and process of parking and ease of walking to the city centre. I would certainly rate this as one of the best experience. Thanks again for making our experience so amazing.

Nice place, no air conditioning

Nice place. NO AIR CONDITIONING so it got really warm during the day and didnt cool off very much at night. Bathroom wasnt very clean. Had soap on the shower walls from whoever stayed there before us. Hair on the towels before we had used them. Otherwise it was in a very nice location and fit 6 adults nicely.

Just what we were hoping for!

The place was terrific. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean, comfortable and easy to access all necessities (food store, liquor store). We love Canmore and would be happy to stay here again. I have been planning this trip as an 18th birthday and graduation present for my grandson and it worked out perfectly. Skiing at Lake Louise and a dog sled adventure....loved it.

Lindsay’s property was the perfect spot for our family. There was plenty to do in Canmore and the location was great for skiing around Banff. The condo was clean and had all necessary baby amenities. The hot tub had a booking process but was never occupied during our stay so it wasn’t an issue. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful base for a Rocky Mountain adventure!

Misty Moose was the perfect base for our stay in Canmore. The apartment was exactly as described and suited our family perfectly for exploring Canmore, as well as the surrounding areas. The extra touches (Christmas tree and decorations) were lovely. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Lindsay was a wonderful host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as part of our Canadian adventure.

Welcome, My name is Lindsay and I am excited to be a new host of the Misty Moose Property! I have always had a love for the outdoors and nature which is why we chose Canmore for our first rental property where we can enjoy the beauty and adventure of the mountains and are able to share that experience with our guests as well. I am a mom of two young girls and our family lives on an acreage west of Edmonton with our cat, Jake, and our oversized Bernese mountain dog, Russell. As a family we love to camp in the summers, and take in some great hikes, fishing and paddle boarding. Winters we are ski bums including downhill and cross country. Throughout the year I also volunteer with a Wildlife rehabilitation centre for orphaned and injured birds and small mammals. I lived in Canmore for a few years when I was younger and know the area quite well and look forward to being a host here so I can create some fantastic memories for our guests.

Why they chose this property

Our location is one of the most convenient locations in Canmore! While surrounded by mountains you are within a short walking distance to Canmore's main street/ downtown area with loads of shops and some of the best restaurants/ pubs in town! If you feel like eating in... the grocery store is within the same parking lot. Bus stop for the ROAM transit is right across the street so no need to drive if you don't want to. Canmore is surrounded by activities for everyone and all ages in both summer and winter, which makes it one of the top destinations. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do :)
