The Space:
**Please note - the pool is closed for renovation April 15 - May 17, 2024. The private hot tub is unaffected by this closure**Located 15 minutes from Banff and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely South-facing covered patio to enjoy a glass of wine or early morning coffee, and the fresh mountain air. Wood floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace and high end furnishings complete the luxury feeling. The bed and bath linens are 5-star hotel quality, and professionally laundered. The condo has private high-speed internet so you can enjoy all your personal streaming channels.

We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee and locally made, 100% natural Rocky Mountain Soap bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).

The apartment is on two levels and is best suited for families or groups of friends in 3 spacious, well appointed bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has a huge bathroom with a soaker tub. Also on this level is the rooftop deck and hot tub, with seating for the whole tribe. On the main floor is the kitchen, bathroom with combined tub/shower, living room, dining room (seats 8) and two spacious bedrooms (one with king bed, one with two queen beds). Grand Rockies Resort amenities offer a pool, waterslide and communal hot tubs to relax in after a day of adventure, and if you want to work off dinner, there is a small but functional gym on the 3rd floor. If you don't fancy cooking there's a great restaurant on site, and a couple more within a 5 minute walk.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the two child friendly pools and shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs on the main level, plus the restaurant/bar.

The Neighborhood:
Grande Rockies Resort is conveniently located near the highway, allowing a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. Blake Restaurant is literally next door, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is across the street. There's also a small retail area 2 minutes walk away (Shops of Canmore) and our beautiful downtown is just a 10 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo.

The Town of Canmore is completing an upgrade to water/sewer lines and installing cycle and pedestrian pathways along Bow Valley Trail from early March. Some disruption to traffic is expected, and occasional disruptions to water (notified in advance). There is no ETA for the completion of work but it should be done by summer 2024.

There are internal stairs in this property.

We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay.
