Beautiful, clean 2-bedroom condominium with nice amenities was very, very comfortable. The outdoor deck with gas grill provided great views of the Snow King ski area when grilling. And the Outpost Crew was very friendly and helpful, especially Haley!
We enjoyed our stay in town. We typically stay in Teton Village and this was much more convenient and very walkable.

The room is ok, fairly clean and basic accommodation. Close to town center which is a plus. The property management a disaster - refused to fix broken items in the room , conflicting messages about check in and check out - overall not responsive, not helpful or accommodating in any way

Hi Neil,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the home a great fit for your stay and that the location was a highlight.
We are very sorry for any confusion regarding check-in and check-out. All dates shared with you were accurate and reflected the dates of your booking, but we apologize if this could have been made clearer.
Regarding the maintenance issue, our team responded promptly to every message you sent and visited the property the following day to address the reported concern. We strive to be responsive and accommodating, and we regret if any of our communication felt otherwise.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope that despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson.
All the best,
The Outpost Team
Comfortable, clean, modern and convenient location!
A wonderful property with clean and comfortable amenities. Walking distance to village, skiing and tubing. We hope to visit again. Perhaps the only minor criticism is finding the lock box for keys but finding it gave us an opportunity to preview Jackson before getting to our place. Once found however, the checkin and checkout was a breeze! Thank you!
I was really impressed with this property. We spent a few days in Jackson with the primary intent to hike in GTNP. Although we enjoyed the convenient location to the park, the proximity to Jackson Town Square was ideal for us. We really loved that we could walk a few blocks to shop, eat, & explore without staying right in the middle of the crowds. Our visit was at the height of fall foliage which was both beautifully scenic & possibly the best crowd size. The condo was clean, well-maintained & the perfect size for our family of three.
If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.
The property was perfect for our family of four. Location was great for skiing at SnowKing for teen ski races. Just a short walk to Gondola, Cougar lift, & tubing hill. The building’s enclosed garage was convenient for parking. Beds were comfortable. We would be happy to stay here again for any season! Management company promptly replied to any questions we had. The place was clean and well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Only cons were: Picking up keys from the key box near offsite management office was not ideal. It would also be nice if there was more than one key for the unit. Also, the main thermostat for the unit was next to the fireplace, so when the fire was on, it registered that the unit was warm, and so the bedrooms were cool. Other than that, no complaints! Much nicer and newer than some of the older condo complexes in the neighborhood!

Very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Television was manageable and I was able to get my games. But that's it - not a USB port or other in-unit amenities in the place.Getting into the Unit was a very upsetting experience, and the property manager failed in that endeavor. Instructions to go to an address different than the unit were only texted out at 4:00 pm on the day of arrival - when we were well out of range (as many travelers would be). We arrived in the evening, so the office was closed. After going to the unit and trying to figure out how to get in, we saw the text and had to find our way to the office. Once there, could not find the Key Cafe "in the ally behind the office." The property manager - when they finally got back to us - could not instruct us on how to find the Key Cafe. And when we finally found it, it did not work. The property manager then called the building maintenance person to go to the unit to open the door. It was about 2.5 hours between our arrival at the unit, and getting in.I will remember Outpost Property Management when I book my next ski trips to Jackson ...

Hi Richard,
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re happy to hear that you found the home clean, comfortable, and a good fit for your stay.
We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced accessing the unit. For context, Key Cafe instructions and images were emailed a week prior to your arrival and were also accessible in the guest portal. These were also sent by text the day of arrival. Our 4:00 pm message was intended to let you know the home was ready whenever you arrived. We’re very sorry that this timing caused confusion and that locating the Key Cafe proved challenging. We understand how frustrating this must have been after a long day of travel.
Additionally, we apologize for the delay in delivering a backup key and getting the unit open for you. Please know that all of your calls were either promptly answered or returned as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we worked as quickly as possible to resolve the situation.
We regret that this issue impacted your stay, but we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience. Your input is invaluable in helping us enhance our service, and we remain committed to delivering a five-star experience to all future guests.
All the best,
The Outpost Team
This was a wonderful choice for our family of 5. It's within walking distance to Snow King Mountain activities (mountain coaster, gondola, putt-putt, etc.). The town was right around the corner with lots of food and shopping options. We were only 15 minutes from the airport and Grand Teton National Park and 90 minutes from the south entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
The condo (204) was super quiet and felt very safe. I liked that we had a garage for our vehicle that was on the same floor as our place. We had a little trouble finding the place to get our keys and knowing which garage was ours, but the customer service rep was very responsive and helpful when we called after hours. If you find yourself unsure of where to go, just call! They are great about helping right away.
The condo was clean and modern. I loved the room darkening shades and heated bathroom floor! There was a plentiful supply of toiletries and towels.
I would stay here again if we return for a longer trip. Exceptional customer service and a lovely place to rest our heads and enjoy our trip.
Thank you!

OUTPOST is terrible
The unit we stayed in was great. Plenty of room, nice amenities, and generally clean. The management company was awful! The process to obtain the keys is almost unsafe. You have to enter the Outpost Office, which is not clearly marked, go up a flight of stairs, then walk down a corridor, through a door, down a flight of stair into a garage in a back alley. Then you are supposed to be able to find a small key box to get your key. The electronics on the key box were intermittent and did not work well. When I tried to return the key the electronic box did not work at all. I had to wait 15 minutes for it to "initialize".

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property. We're glad to hear that you found the unit great, with plenty of room, nice amenities, and overall cleanliness. Regarding the location of the Outpost Office, we apologize for any confusion caused by the lack of clear signage. We will take your feedback into account and explore options to improve the visibility and accessibility of our office. Additionally, we would like to clarify that guests are not required to visit our office or go up the stairs to retrieve the keys. The instructions provided are meant to guide guests directly to the key box location, bypassing unnecessary steps. Our instructions are designed to facilitate a convenient and direct path for guests to access the key box by driving directly to its location.
We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the electronic key box. We appreciate your patience during the return process, and we apologize for any delay you experienced.
Your feedback is essential to us, and we appreciate your candid comments. We will use your review as an opportunity to improve our procedures and provide a better guest experience. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a seamless stay.
If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for choosing our property.
Great place. Fireplace did not work remote control was missing.. Called the company to access the remote but never did receive it. Would have added an added touch if the fireplace was working. Otherwise great place roomy and clean. Location is perfect.
The place was just as advertised. Great location to walk to town. Clean, spacious enough for the 4 guests we had. I'd recommend, and hope to be back in Jackson, WY soon!!!

Clean, new unit with a great location right at the base of Snow King mountain. Overall a very well appointed place to stay. My only gripes are the key pickup is in a different location than the building the unit is in, and the pillows on the beds were super uncomfortable.
Very clean and new. Great access to hiking trails directly behind building. We stayed there with two adults and two kids so bedroom config was perfect. We enjoyed the black out shades and balcony during the summer!
Excellent stay in Jackson. The condo was very clean and nice. Perfect for a 5 day get away with my wife and another couple. Only recommendation would be to get 2 door access cards for the building. We got 2 sets of keys but only one key card which really means you only have one set of keys for the place. Other than that, excellent in all aspects.
Excellent location on Mountain. Clean, good rooms.
Only negative was the room is next to the elevator, which can make some noise. this did not diminish our good experience though.
