The place was nice and easy to get to. Didnt mind a little drive to Gatlinburg. The only thing was the kitchen window wouldnt shut and there were quite a few ladybugs in the place.
This was an amazing property. Well maintained, clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. Charming! You won't be sorry if you rent this sweet little home away from home!
Camper was older but furnished nicely.Had a few quirks.Main issue was entry sliding door doesn't lock from inside creating a security issue and tricky to lock from outside.Safe parking was obstructed by golf car location.Toilet wasn't cleaned after last guest stayed.Lady bugs everywhere.
This is a converted RV that has been refinished inside and made into a permanent small house. Still looks like a cute camper outside but has house fixtures inside. Nice area and park. Somewhat out of the way to main town but within about 20 minutes of downtown. House was good and price was very reasonable. Pretty clean. Towels and pillows could use replacing. Pillows are dead. There were some ants but not enough to be troubling. Be prepared that neighbors campers are very close and park was pretty crowded. Parking for a large vehicle would be difficult. Might think about switching the golf cart parking to the right hand side and put guests on the left so as to give more parking room for a larger vehicle. People with physical limitations could have a difficult time getting in and out of the shower as it is small and high up. May want to think about replacing the lock. Not sure how but it’s pretty ineffective. Overall it was great for the price and we would consider staying there again.
We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time at the resort. Too much to explore in TN. We did see a bear on a quiet walk trail across a river. It was on a quiet walk train just outside of town in Gatlinburg. And one running through a yard close to town. The location is great close to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. Would stay again.
We just got lucky and had really cold weather a few of the days. It was hard to keep the camper warm. No one's fault. But, I got to see the Smokies for Christmas. That was the goal. Thank you.
Really enjoyed our stay at Sadie’s. A little bit of a distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but the scenery makes it worth the drive. The resort had everything we needed. Would book again!
Great place to stay to see Gatlinburg on a budget if you have reasonable expectations. It's a single wide trailer in an RV park. It's not a beautiful modern single family home with all the amenities but it's clean and affordable.
I would stay here again.
This is my third time staying at this property. Typically I would rate it a 5/5 but was a little disappointed this time.Although the camper rules state no pet, the camper smelled horribly like wet dog. I was told this is due to the lady bug infestation. Please know, this typically is not a problem. I love this property and would recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget.
Very enjoyable, wish i had taken some battery operated candles, power went out due to VERY high winds and lost power 12 hours. RV was just as nice as pictures.
We didn’t mind our stay at the RV. It was basic but had everything we really needed. We had a hard time finding the RV within the park because the other ones aren’t well marked but we eventually found it. The place was mostly clean but there were some ants throughout and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen, but acceptable. I do recommend fixing the door since is very difficult to shut and lock the screen. Overall the park is nice and the RV was a fine place to stay cheaper than some of the other listings in the area!
We have two boys, 5 and 7yr, and it was juat perfect! They got to fish, play putt-putt, and swim all within the resort. He had plans to go to an attraction in Gatlinburg but if we didnt, we never would have had to leave the resort! It was great and relaxing and anyone with younger children know, vacations arent usually very relaxing for the parents 😆. The house was perfect for us as well. With a full size fridge and two tvs, we didnt need much anything else!
The place was very clean and the campground was surprisingly super quiet. It was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The only negative was directions to the actual camper site once inside the campground. The site itself was marked very well. I would definitely stay again.
My family and myself are frequent Vrbo-ers but this was our first camper stay. And it did not disappoint! It had my husband and I dreaming of the day when we can buy our own camper. Thank you letting our family stay in your mountain home!
Had a great time. Nice spacious RV, had everything we needed. Look forward to coming back. Check out Trisha Mountain Diner while your in the area...you won’t be disappointed. One of the top places we ate for breakfast.

Communication was amazing with the owner. Very nice amenities and the campground was beautiful. Easy to find in daylight as numbers were on the ground and we are use to camping. She even has a strand of lights out at night which was helpful!
