This amazing front line beach penthouse boasts breathtaking views over the entire coastline from Malaga up to Gibraltar and Northern Africa as well as stunning views into Fuengirola and mountains behind it.

The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, big terrace, living room,open style fully equipped kitchen. The master bathroom has jacuzzi en suite. The big terrace counts with BBQ. It,s completely renovated and the furniture is new.
Wifi.
There is a big shared swimming pool open all year round (Not heated) and nice gardens inside the complex.
No need for car,everything is nearby: supermarkets, bars & restaurants, Los Boliches train station 5 min walking..
Perfect to enjoy beach and city holidays!
Please note that the Penthouse is on the 17th floor. The lifts will bring you to the 16 th floor, and you will need to go 1 more by staircase.

Härligt läge med grym utsikt över hav städer och berg. Underbara kvällar med sena solnedgångar. Bra lgh med allt man behöver. Smidig incheckning och avlämning. Snabb återkoppling och service om man hade frågor. Fräsch lgh med bra badrum. Läget är 10/10 och blir inte mer praktiskt och bekvämt.

Amazing Views

The penthouse is compact but very well equipped. The terrace is fantastic and you feel a sense of security due to height of the walls surrounding the apartment. The views across the sea , town and mountains are amazing and the memory of the sunset and sunrise will stay with me for a long time. Communication with Anastasia and colleagues of sunny homes was effective and timely

Vue splendide, les montagnes, la mer, la ville. Près de toutes les facilites, train, epicerie, marché, resto, bar. Anastasia est un amour, toujours disponible et efficace, un grand merci. Le salon, cuisine et salle à manger, très bien. Par contre les chambres sont assez monastiques. Un chambre principale correcte et deux chambres avec lit très étroit, la literie trés trés bas de gamme. Les murs sans sucune déco. Une chance que les deux petites chambres étaient occupé par deux personnes seules, à deux ça aurait fini par un divorce. A peu près pas de rangement. Grande penderie mais pas de tablettes.. A part les chambres tout est beau, complexe agréable et sécuritaire

A view to die for. Stunning.

First impression wasn't great as entrance lobby on ground floor was dated as are the lifts, then you get to the apartment and WOW just WOW. The place is newly refurbed to a high standard and has all mod cons you would have at home. Air con in every room, remote shutters on every window, lots of large windows to give a much bigger feel and then the views. I can't put into words how spectacular the sun rise and sun sets are. On a clear day you can see the mountains of Morocco in the distance. Very comfortable beds with amazing views from bedrooms. Loads of great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of property, some serving a very British menu and some traditionally Spanish serving great value for money dishes. Local supermarket, bakers, butchers and bars bars bars still retaining typical Spanish charm. We went as a family of 6 adults and had more than enough space so as not to feel overcrowded. We are now all looking to book again for next year, yes it's that good !!!!!

Nice location - but did not keep what was promised

We had generally a nice stay and the location is terrific and the views are really spectacular. Positive: - Location - the beach, beach walk and resturants are just steps away. - The views!! Negative: - All rooms in the apartment are very small. (If you put in a babybed in the master bedroom you can barely walk beside it.) - Cleanliness is not very good. (Stained sheets, worn furniture etc.) - Wifi connection is extremly instable. (Even if you are the only one using a mobile phone to on the internet it moslty was non-functioning.) - Lots of steps and different levels both inside and outside (in terrace) apartment, this makes the terrace dining area and inside living area very small. - Attitude of landloard is not very friendly. (When giving friendly feedback of malfunctioning appliances and other feedback, the response was rather aggressive.) - In the advertise it was promised to be a very large terrace (250 m2) but in fact it was a lot smaller, only 100 m2. This was a big source of dissapointment. - Terrace floor is very uneaven, you can not move down the dining table to get more space if you have dinner guests. - The elevator does not go all the way up to 17th floor. So if you have a baby trolley you have to carry it up the final set of stairs every time you go in, and inside the hallway it is so narrow you can barely walk beside it. I would recommend people to not rent this specific apartment, but please rent another one in the same building or nearby.

Amazing Penthouse

Квартира превзошла все наши ожидания! Очень чистая, только после ремонта, с современным дизайном, это пентхаус на самой крыше многоэтажного дом на первой линии пляжа, с потрясающими панорамными видами на море, горы и город. Террасса просто огромная, на ней мы загорали, кушали и любовались видами. Очень рекомендуем и мечтаем приехать ещё раз. Really beautiful penthouse on the top floor of beach front building, with amaizing veiws, really more than we expected. Highly recommended!

perfekt choice!

Perfect choice! We had great holidays in Fuengirola. The penthouse was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Ideal location, wonderful beach, nice swimming pool and garden and amazing views to the beach and mountains. Unforgettable experience to live on the top of everything! We also found the booking process was very well managed by the property manager, who turned out to be very service minded and supportive. We would choose it again for our holidays!
