Great condo with numerous amenities on site. Tthis is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in Southwind and is upper level.
Great location and within minutes of Downtown Franklin TN, less than 5 min to I-65, 30 minutes to Nashville. 7 minutes to Cool Springs. This is a second level condo, please refer to the exterior pictures. Children are welcome.
**If your receiving treatments at Provisions Proton Therapy, please know that this property is less than 10 min to the treatment center.

You will not want to pass up this amazing Condo.
It features 3 roomy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Gas Fireplace, Full kitchen/ fully furnished, all you do is bring your Luggage and favorite coffee.

Great peaceful and convenient location

Janet’s condo completely satisfied all my needs. I was there for 5 weeks to visit family. The place was very well equipped, comfortable and super clean. I didn’t want for anything. Its proximity to downtown Franklin and the interstate was so convenient. There is a lovely park close by to walk in and take the grand children and Publix was even close enough to walk to. I will book the place again next year.

Super comfortable and great location

Wonderful time. Great amenities with indoor heated pool, racket ball court, tennis courts, enough room for grands to visit. Would stay here again!

Great place to transition

Nice area to live in, pool was fun, access to creek and pond was peaceful; safe and quiet property with lovely neighbors. Would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy transition into a new living situation. This place has all you need.

Fab Franklin 3-bed Condo

Loved this property! We stayed there 1 month, with no issues. Unit is exactly as described - felt like home! Great location, easy in & out to major business loop & I-65. Host was great to work wtih! Loved the extra uplifting touches within the unit, as well as the overall very tasteful decor! Highly recommend this Condo!

10 minutes from downtown Franklin to numerous specialty shops and dining. Day or night its the place to visit. This unit is located is located 30 Minutes to the famous Leipers Fork area, Friday and Saturday nights are a must if you've not visited the musical experience at Puckett's.
A quick 10 min drive to Cool Springs for fabulous mall shopping.
My plug for favorite bakery is....Triple Crown Bakery. Located in downtown Franklin.
If you've not tried them, this is a must.

While your here, visit Columbia TN, home of the Mull days Festival in the summer, and grab a bag of coffee from, Amber and Lyndal Cooley, at Oak Hill Farms Roasters. Coffee with a mission.
