Gruissan, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France, in a charming residence, 150m from the beach Grazel, 3-room house (2 bedrooms) with large terrace. Enclosed private parking (electric gate) in residence. Capacity: 6 people. Animals are not allowed.
Ground floor: dining area with kitchen (4 hotplates vitroceramic, fridge and small freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee pod, etc.), lounge with sofa bed and TV (french and german channels), a bathroom. A separated toilet .
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and television (only german channels)
Ideal for a stay in Gruissan, close to all amenities.

Old fishermans village with it's Barberousse tower. The spell of Gruissan comes from the magnific landscape which surrounds this little town. Here you can choose between large sanded beaches, wooded massifs and lakes. It's the only combination on the Languedoc coast. In addition you can discover the exeptionnal wealth of the faun and the flora !
Today Gruissan is also a particulary attractive seaside resort with its pubs, nightclubs and its casino and proposes many interseting sporting and cultural activities : bathe, bronzing, beach volley, fun board, shows, guided visits, escape by night, pedestrian excursions...
