Nice new chalet in a very quiet wooded environment in the countryside.
Located near the beaches of Merville Franceville and Cabourg (10 min) and historical sites of the D-Day (Pegasus Bridge, Ouistreham, Caen Memorial ...)
This chalet of 40 m2 offers a bright living room with kitchenette and living room overlooking 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower. You have a terrace, and a private parking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: a deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival at the premises (by check for French renters, cash for foreign renters) The deposit will be returned the day of departure.

fantastic cabin in a large garden in a nice peaceful area .fantastic host. sadly we had a car accident while on our stay bur Eric the host could not help us enough highly recommended

Ravissant petit chalet avec des extérieurs agréables: petit salon sous le auvent, table et chaises sur l'herbe et transats confortables. Le lit était confortable et dans le logement rien ne manquait .Je recommande ce logement un peu en retrait dans la nature et aussi de la mer et la foule (7km)

Tout était parfait pour notre séjour. Le chalet est très pratique, optimisé avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Il fait facilement frais le soir en aérant ce qui est très appréciable. Tout était propre, la literie confortable. Éric est un hôte charmant et disponible qui a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Et pour finir le jardin est magnifique et toutes les villes de la côte sont facilement accessibles.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Eric ist als Gastgeber hilfreich und immer ansprechbar. Die Klimaanlage hat uns in der Hitzeperiode gerettet. Die Umgebung ist für Radtouren gut geeignet und zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Das Internet hatte immer wieder mal Verbindungsprobleme aber das ist im Urlaub gut zu verkraften. Insgesamt haben wir erholsame 2 Wochen verbracht.

Réservation effectuée pour 10 jours début juin , en couple seniors , nous avons parfaitement su apprécier la qualité de cette location dans un décor de grand calme et de quiétude , qui de plus très bien située pour rayonner et visiter un maximum de sites historiques et touristiques . Excellente literie . Le propriétaire ,très disponible , agréable de contact nous a pleinement facilité notre installation dans les lieux. Un point particulier : à disposition dans le jardin , cueillette à volonté de cerises sans avoir à grimper aux arbres , très appréciable et appréciée .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce joli chalet. L'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux et il est resté disponible tout au long du séjour. Le logement est très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Les lits sont agréables et tout est pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs. Le cadre calme et paisible de la campagne est un vrai plus, avec la possibilité de se garer juste à côté. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich empfangen und Monsieur Poupinel hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Beschreibung des Objektes stimmt zu 100%. Die himmlische Ruhe und die mehr als perfekte Aufteilung einer 40 qm großen Unterkunft mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann, hat unseren Urlaub zu einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt gemacht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Unser Vermieter war immer ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen zumal man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer ist

Sehr idyllisch

Ein sehr angenehmes, hübsches Haus, gut beschrieben. Großer Garten, ruhige Lage. Eric hat uns sofort geholfen, als wir Probleme mit der neuen Art der Autobahnmaut hatten.Der Küchenteil ist ok, aber etwas eng; es fehlen Topfdeckel und an den Herd kommt man etwas schlecht ran. Aodas sind nur Kleinigkeiten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Très bon emplacement

La location est tes bien équipée et bien située à mi-chemin entre. Caen et Cabourg. Parfait pour visiter la région. L’environnement de l’hébergement est très calme. La literie est très confortable et l’équipement du logement est top.Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible. Très bonne découverte

Ideale Lage

Das Haus kann man über den Schotterweg am Ende der Sackgasse erreichen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen. Der Strand in Merville ist wunderschön und binnen 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anordnung des Herdes in der Küche war eine Herausforderung, aber zu meistern. Die Matratzen sind sehr komfortabel.

Schönes Chalet mit großer Wiese

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Eric ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Chalet ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. Highlight war für uns die große Wiese, die die Kinder zum Spielen nutzen könnten.
