All of the amenities in this well appointed studio casita have been carefully thought out for the pleasure and comfort of a mature short term or month to month tenant. This secluded Ranchito is abundant with trees, gardens and privacy. It is best suited for a single person. It is truly an oasis and sanctuary for a dignified tenant seeking the perfect place for a vacation, respite, sabbatical or transition.
We are offer a deep discount for a 30 day or more stay.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our Governor, at this time, has mandated that all out of state visitors honor a 14-day self -quarantine. We are implementing a strict protocol of 72 hours between guests prior to enhanced, disinfected cleaning and are only offering a 30 stay or more.
