Beautiful 3rd floor corner oceanfront condominium in the heart of Historic Cocoa Beach Condo with private beach access, less than a two-minute walk from your door to the ocean! 2 bedroom and 2 baths with great layout, wrap- around balcony and lots of natural light. Full kitchen with all modern appliances included along with a washer/dryer and iron/board set. Guests have access to the condo pool, beach umbrellas and chairs are also available. Available for short and long term rental. Minimum stay is 30 days per the condo rules.

Great location. The view was amazing. Loved having pool and beach so easy to access. Everthing we needed was there in condo plus more. Would go again!!

WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO COCOA BEACH NOR USED VRBO THE CONDO WAS GREAT AND WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME,

It was very easy, the owner of the condo we stayed in which was 306 was great. We loved the location, and everything was already there. So a great 1st trip to cocoa beach experience. I highly recommend

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for almost a week. The location was great, communication with Max was great, everything needed was there. View of the sea from the condo. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended.
