großes alleinstehendes Haus mitten in der Natur, sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter, wir waren zum Sportklettern mit 2 Hunden dort, alles bestens, Lage optimal und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr fair

Room for improvement

Our initial impression of the property was very disappointing, not quite sure what we where expecting but the house was very dark and quite gloomy. For some reason there is an enormous dining table which totally dominates the kitchen/ living room it could easily seat 12 in a house which sleeps 4 and only 1 tiny sofa to sit comfortably. Also we had some privacy issues as the 1st bedroom is not properly separated which means you have to walk through it from the other bedroom to get to the rest of the house, this may not be a problem for a family but for 2 couples it was an issue. The outside was littered with weeds and bits of broken tiles etc which was such a shame as the terrace was really nice. We definitely got the impression someone was living in the house when it is not rented out. Overall it was adequate for our stay and for the money we paid.

Tres bel endroit

Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances, la maison de Francesco est idéalement située pour aller visiter des superbes endroits (belles plages, canyon de Gola su Goropu), la maison est très bien équipée et une belle terrasse nous a permis de prendre nos repas à l'extérieur. Je conseille vivement et nous reviendrons j'espère !

Angenehmes Feriendomizil - guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Unternehmungen

Angenehm eingerichtetes, frei stehendes Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Oliena mit schönem Blick auf die Berge, insbesondere in der Morgen- und Abendsonne. Sehr guter, zentraler Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Wanderungen (Tiscali, Su Gologone... ), Besichtigungen von sehenswerten Tropfsteinhöhlen, bronzezeitlichen Nuraghen und Brunnenheiligtümern oder guter Zugang zu einer Reihe der beliebtesten Badestrände des Golf von Orosei. - Pleasantly furnished, detached holiday house on the outskirts of Oliena with a beautiful view of the mountains, especially in the morning and evening sun. Very good, central starting point for a variety of walks (Tiscali, Su Gologone ...), sightseeing of magnificent cave dwellings, bronze age nuraghs and well sanctuaries or good access to a number of the most popular bathing beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.

Maison confortable, spacieuse dans un coin bucolique

Nous sommes venus à Oliena pour rayonner dans la région, randonner un peu et nous n'avons pas été déçus : le coin est magnifique. La maison est confortable, spacieuse (avec un beau jardin), bien emménagée et surtout très propre ! C'est agréable de passer du temps sur la terrasse avec vue sur le Supramonte qui surplombe Oliena. Bref on ne peut que conseiller cette location, et nous, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
