About this property

Beautiful house located 2 minutes walking from the beach in a very quiet area of Cala Gonone with all the facilities: super market and restaurant are close, as well as the "Promenade".
The house is very confortable with new furnitures in every room: big living room with kitchen, from which you can access to the 60sq metres terrace with a chill out area to admire a wonderful Sardinian landscape. In the terrace barbecue, amaca, deck chairs and shower are available. The kitchen is weel furnished (TV,oven and microwaves are available); there is also one bedroom with queen bed, one doubleroom (eventually queen) and a bathroom with washing machine. Air conditioning is available.
In case of need also a private parking is available in front of the house.

Cala Gonone is a small village located between sea and mountains in an environment where Nature is the queen. Therefore it is obviously well-known for both beautiful beaches and amazing mountains (loved by free climbers even if not so popular yet).
Open air sports are possible in Cala Gonone, such as free climbing, cayaking, fishing and "getting some tan" of course :)
Its coast is one of the most famous of Sardinia expecially thanks to its mixt of colours, strongly recommended in every guide!

Wonderful Break in Cala Gonone

We had a five day break in this property in late September. The location could not be better and the property was every bit as described and better than we expected. Vito the owner was very helpful and we really could not have asked for any more. Thank you very much for a great stay in a great property.

Just great

First of all, Vito and his wife are great hosts. They provide you with all the information about your vacation. The apartment is spacious and everything you need is there. A supermarket is 100 m away and the city beach is approx. 400 m away. There is a parking space in front of the house. The highlight is the huge terrace with a brick barbecue, hammock and outdoor shower. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. We would go there again at any time and rent the apartment.
