Great Apartment in a villa overlooking the sea with terrace and garden

The apartment is about 100 square meters and is located on the first floor of a large house built by my grandfather in the 60s. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house is just a few steps from the sea ... just get out of the wooden gate and find yourself immediately in front of a clear blue sea! 10 steps to the left and get to the “Canalone”, with fantastic rocks, 10 steps to the right to arrive at the sandy beach!.
From the terrace of the house, which is looking at the sea, you can lose yourself for hours dreaming of the intense turquoise of the sea, breathing the sea air mixed with the scent of pine trees, dining with friends with the light of the moon, the moon that reflects on the water of the caletta.
There are three double bedrooms, cozy and refined; a nice sofa bed is located in the living room of the big house, where there is also a fireplace to warm autumn holiday. There are two bathrooms where we have retained the original orange tiles from the 60s ! The kitchen, which looks out directly onto the terrace, is fully equipped; for those who prefer to cook on a barbecue just go into the garden, one large masonry is available to everyone!

Apartment in a great location, splendid view!

The apartment is located right on the sea and on the balcony you have a splendid view!!It is located above a B&B, you sometimes hear the guests. There is also a room of the B&B (with bathroom) at the rear of the apartment, just beside a bedroomwindow of this apartment: if there is a noisy guest you hear everything. And this while the owner of the B&B had already let us know on our first day that she expected us not to speak loudly…The photo’s you see online are old. The garden in the photo’s do not belong to the apartment. The apartment has a lovely balcony and a small shady seatingarea downstairs. Most of the outdoor furniture is old and not very comfortable. The apartment was very clean but apparently there were problems with the sewerage system, which regurlary caused a very nastly smell inside. The beds were very old and all the mattresses were extremely outdated. Anna immediatly had the beds and matresses in two rooms replaced after I complained. This was very helpful, but in my opinion this shoudn’t have been necessary. Anna was very communicative and responded promptly. She also went out of her way to repair the dishwasher (which was already broken upon arrival), it was eventually replaced after 10 days. Because the location is so fantastic, the problems with the bed were quickly resolved, and we aired the apartment as much as possible to get rid of the odor, we still had a wonderful holiday. But this apartment wasn’t as expected or as advertised.

Super Lage direkt am Strand.

Gute Lage zum Strand, gute Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Auto erforderlich.Ende April ist eine gute Zeit, wenn man noch nicht den Trubel des Sommers erleben will.

great time in a great place

the description of the place sounded really nice but in fact it was even better! sunny breakfasts on the terrace, happy kids spending their time at the beach nearby and restaurants, supermarkets and a great gelateria only a small walk away. thanks to our great host anna for this.

Paradiesischer Aufenthalt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist paradiesisch, die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, die Vermieterin ( Anna Porcu) ist sehr nett. Der sehr nahe Strand hat weißen Sand und das glasklare Wasser muss man einfach genießen. Ute Brunotte

Stupenda vacanza in famiglia

L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto, comodo al mare anche per due nonni (sia spiaggia che rocce). Molto fresco grazie al grande albero che protegge il terrazzo, vivibile anche con i 43 gradi di quest'estate. Ampio spazio anche nella parte inferiore dove i bimbi hanno giocato liberamente. A poca distanza d'auto c'è un piccolo borgo con tutti i servizi principali, inoltre le strade che portano alle varie bellissime spiagge dei dintorni sono comode e curate. Unica pecca le zanzare, ma basta attrezzarsi di racchette elettriche e zampironi a volontà. Vacanza perfetta per tutta la famiglia!

Traumhafter Ort zum Faul sein

Wir haben uns im Appartement richtig wohl gefühlt, wir waren da Ende Mai, Anfang Juni und konnten sehen wie nach und nach die Region in die Saison kommt. Anfangs waren die Strände (in wenigen Augenblicken zu Fuß zu erreichen) noch völlig leer und am Ende begann sich alles etwas zu füllen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut perfekt, von der Spülmaschine bis zur Waschmaschine. Sogar Stühle und Schirm für den Strand waren da. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, aber da immer etwas Wind weht war die im Frühjahr auch nicht erforderlich. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit auf der wunderbaren Terasse verbracht. Einziger Stern Abzug gibt es für die Matrazen, das war nicht ganz so gemütlich wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Bei dieser Unterkunft ist es besser ein Auto zu haben, weil es nicht gleich einen Laden um die Ecke gibt, aber in drei Kilometer sind gleich mehrere Supermärkte die alles haben was man braucht. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Danke für diesen wunderbaren Ort.

Familienurlaub

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 15,11,8 in der Wohnung von Anna gewesen. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, direkt am Meer, herrlich. Es ist eine Wohnung im ersten Stock. Ein riesiger Baum spendet herrlichen Schatten auf der Terrasse. Die Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber hat viel Charme. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und hat alles was man braucht. Ein sehr netter Freund der Vermieterin war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Im Erdgeschoss führt eine etwas strenge Lady ein bed and breakfast. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Man wird sogleich in die Regeln des Bed and breakfast von ihr eingeweiht. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer schöner Urlaub. Auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Lage ist super, Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein. Etwas mehr Infomateial für Unternemungen in der Umgebung wären hilfreich. Essen bei Annas Cousin war sehr gut und typisch sardisch.

Immer wieder gerne!

Zum 2. Mal machten wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Alles enspricht den Bildern. Uns empfing wieder ein sauberes, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattetes und vorbereitetes Haus (die Betten waren bezogen, ausreichend Handtücher lagen bereit). Bei Fragen konnten wir immer mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufnehmen. Auch das WLan funktionierte nach anfänglichen Problemen. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer ganz für sich sein möchte, sollte hier jedoch nicht hinkommen. Durch das B&B, das sich im EG des Hauses befindet, gibt es meistens einen gewissen Geräuschpegel und auch wenn der Garten aufgeteilt ist, ist man nicht alleine. Die Hauptrolle spielt das wunderschöne Meer und die Küste. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und der Blick vom Balkon nicht zu übertreffen. Nervend sind auf jeden Fall die Mücken, die ausschwärmen, sobald es dunkel ist. Wir konnten deshalb abends nicht draußen sitzen. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung!

Magnifique endroit

Excellent contact par mail avec la propriétaire. Accueil très sympathique par un voisin. Appartement très grand avec beaucoup de charme et décoré avec soin. Vue magnifique, accès facile à la petite plage. Il manquait une climatisation pour que tout soit parfait!nous aurions ainsi pu fermer les fenêtres pour éviter les moustiques et le bruit qui venait du bed and breakfast et de l hotel voisin. A part ce bémol, la description et les photos correspondent bien à la réalité! Nous y retournions volontiers si une climatisation était installée dans les chambres!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (5-köpfige Familie) hatten schon vor unserer Reise einen sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, einen Steinwurf vom Meer. Auf der Terasse geht immer ein leichter Wind. In unserem Reisezeitraum haben wir sogar eher gefroren, aber im Hochsommer ist es bestimmt sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Die Vermieterin lebt selber im Juli mit ihrer Familie dort. Das merkt man einfach. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass alle Schlafzimmerfenster Fliegengitter hatten, was wegen der vielen Mücken sehr wichtig ist! Alles war sauber. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß für uns lag auf der Kommode. Die Vermieterin war selber nicht da, weil sie in Italien lebt. Ihr Verwalter kann ein bisschen Englisch. Trotzdem klappte die Verständigung. Bei Problemen (einmal Stromausfall) riefen wir ihn an und er konnte uns helfen. Unten im EG ist ein B&B. Manchmal war es Abends noch ein bisschen laut. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter!

Traumhaft gelegen

Die Bilder entsprechen der Wohnung sehr gut. Einfach, sauber und zweckmäßig. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Bäder (nur eine Dusche) und von der großen Terasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf kristallklares türkis-blaues Meer. Der Haus-Stand ist ein Steinwurf hinterm Garten und um die Ecke gibt es eine wunderschöne Felsenbucht. Auch für Kinder sind beide Strände ideal, da es flach reingeht und auch die Brandung erst nach den Felsen stärker wird. Zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der Insel braucht man ein Auto. Mindestens 3 Restaurants sind aber auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.

Erholung pur

Wir haben unseren ersten Sardinien-Urlaub in diesem Haus, welches eine wunderschöne Lage hat, sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Waschräume (in einem davon gibt es eine Dusche mit Vorhang), 2 WCs in den Waschräumen, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Abstellraum und eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick, großem Tisch (der Tisch am Foto ist ausziehbar) und eine weitere Sitzgarnitur. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist nicht unbedingt hoher Standard, jedoch war alles sauber. Die Fotos im Inserat entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, auch die abgebildeten Strände befinden sich gleich angrenzend an das Haus und sind wunderschön. Die Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage umgeben von Privathäusern, nur das Meeresrauschen ist hörbar. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses wohnt als Ansprechpartnerin die Tante der Vermieterin, die den Garten voller Blumen hegt und pflegt und sehr freundlich ist. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Für Einkäufe im nächst gelegenen Ort Sos Alinos wird ein Auto benötigt. Wer die Ruhe liebt und abseits vom Trubel den Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eva mit Familie

Situation exceptionnelle et sejour inoubliable

Nous avons passe un sejour tres agreable dans cet appartement spacieux et extremement propre. La terrasse est probablement un des endroit les plus agreable de la sadaigne: vue sur la mer, ombragee a souhait, et surplombant un jardin fleuri et meticuleusement entretenu. Excellent accueil sur place de la part de Teresa, de sa famille et de la famille du proprietaire.

Onvergetelijke vakantie

Het was een verrassingsvakantie en ik wist alleen dat we naar Sardinie zouden gaan ergens in de buurt van Orosei in een appartement aan zee in Cala Liberotto. Aangekomen stopte mijn vriendin voor een oprijlaan die door een prachtige tuin vol pijnbomen en palmbomen, zuidelijke planten en kleurige bloemen naar een schitterend groot huis voerde. 'We gaan hier even de sleutel halen', zei ze en ik liep achter haar aan. De eigenares ontving ons hartelijk en ging ons voor naar een appartement op de tweede verdieping. Ik dacht nog steeds dat we hier alleen om de sleutel kwamen van een elders gelegen appartement en keek ondertussen mijn ogen uit. We kwamen op een prachtig groot terras met een beeldig turquoise rieten zitje en een uitnodigende eettafel dat uitkeek op een enorme pijnboom waar zich een schaduwrijke rotstuin onder uitstrekte die uitmondde op een piepklein strandje dat tussen de rotsen verborgen lag. De zee schitterde alsof de sterrenhemel naar beneden gevallen was en het geruis en de geur van de boom vermengde zich met het geruis en de geur van de zee. Als ik hier toch eens een enkel ogenblik op dit terras mocht zitten en de zon zien opkomen, dacht ik, wat zou dat paradijselijk zijn! Op dat moment zei mijn vriendin lachend: 'Grapje, we zijn er al! Dit is het appartement waar we zullen logeren'. Wat heb ik genoten van dat terras: s'morgens vroeg ontbijten op het turquoise zitje, na een duik in de door de opgaande zon beschenen zee tussen de rotsen aan de voet van de tuin, s'middags siësta op het schaduwrijke deel van het terras in slaap gewiegd door het alom ruisen; 's avonds verse sardientjes spoelen in de zee, bereiden in het functioneel ingerichte keukentje en dan smullen met of zonder vrienden aan de gezellige tafel op het terras en dan heerlijk slapen in een mooie rustgevende slaapkamer onder het laatste getjirpt van krekels...wensloos gelukkig! En dan spreek ik nog niet eens over onze strandwandelingen en ons bezoek aan de naburig gelegen imposante Nuraghi, prehistorische koepelvormige bouwwerken in natuursteen en nog veel meer ... Zeer aanbevelenswaardig!

Une vacance merveilleuse

Deux ans passés j' étais a la casa cala Liberotto: une vacance merveilleuse, calme, et pleine de possibilitées. Un appartement situé dans un beau jardin tout près de la mer, très soigné et pratique: tout y est en plus du beau temps. Je le conseille vivement.
