About this property

Our 2018 built Casa Tramuntana with the apartments, "Oleandro" on the ground floor is located on a closed 1900 sqm plot.
The holiday home is about 500m outside of Torpe, with a beautiful view of Torpe, Posada, the Monte Albo and the woods and the long valley around Torpe.
The apartment on the ground floor, which we offer here, is in high equipment / solid wood furniture with 3 air conditioners / inverter.
Layout: 3 bedrooms with large beds and mosquito nets,
2 bathrooms,
large open plan living / dining area with sofa bed and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker.
Large flat screen satellite TV with German channels.
Terrace with barbecue.

The garden offers a small relaxation area, an outdoor shower, children's play equipment with trampoline / swing.
On the property there are enough parking lots for both apartments.
Beautiful, not too crowded sandy beaches in the main season you will find in the immediate vicinity.
Below about the start time by car from Torpe:
Posada about 5 minutes, San Giovanni about 7 minutes, Budoni about 10 minutes, La Caletta about 10 minutes.
The typical Sardinian town of Torpe is conveniently located halfway between Olbia and Nuoro with a distance of about 30 minutes.
In Torpe you will find bakers, supermarkets, butchers, various restaurants and cafes.
The area and the hinterland of Monte Albo is also very popular with bikers

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tramuntana. Monika, the host, is a very attentive and friendly person. The apartment and the property are neat and there is everything that you need for a relaxing holiday.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Ein Ferienhaus fernab vom Massentourismus, schön gelegen etwas außerhalb eines kleinen sardischen Dorfes. Wir haben selten so ein toll ausgestattetes und vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus gemietet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Man muss sich nichtmal was zu lesen mitnehmen, es steht ein großes Bücherregal mit jeder Menge großartiger Bücher zur Verfügung. Das Highlight ist ganz klar der große und vor allem beheizte Pool, samt kindersicherer Abdeckung. Unsere Tochter konnte nicht genug kriegen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, man merkt hier direkt wie viel Herzblut Monika und Wolfram in die Anlage gesteckt haben, es ist nämlich viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Obwohl das Ferienhaus etwas außerhalb ist, sind sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch die traumhaften Strände gut und schnell zu erreichen. Monika und Wolfram sind superliebe Gastgeber, wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und kommen auch gerne wieder. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, ist selber schuld 😉

Des superbes vacances avec enfants en bas âge

Nous avons passé une super semaine. L'hébergement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La piscine et la terrasse de l'appartement sont magnifiques. Le jardin avec sa piscine et des jeux pour enfants permettent aux plus petits (comme aux plus grands ;-)) de bien s'occuper. Il y a aussi de belles plages pas loin. Enfin on remercie chaleureusement Monika et Wolfram pour leur accueil, leur conseil et leur disponibilité. En résumé pour des familles avec enfants, cet hébergement est idéal ! :-)

Top ausgestattetes Haus in traumhafter Anlage

Das etwas ausserhalb vom kleinen Ort Torpé gelegenen Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Wir (zwei verwandet Familien mit zusammen vier Kindern im Alter von 12, 6, 5, und 3 Jahren) fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an angekommen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und äusserst saubere Haus war aufgrund der Raumaufteilung, und den zwei Bädern, perfekt auf uns zugeschnitten. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Doppel-, sowie dem Kajütenbett war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Die vielen Kinderbücher für jede Altersstufen, und die Spielsachen bereiteten Ihnen zusätzlich viel Freude. Dass sich im Kinderzimmer kein Klimagerät befindet, war (trotz den hohen Außentemperaturen!) absolut unproblematisch. Auch die Klimageräte im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern, haben wir nur kurzzeitig zum etwas runterkühlen benötigt. Dank der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem grossem Kühlschrank, konnten wir unsere Mahlzeiten selbst zubereiten und auf der wunderschönen Veranda geniessen. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im wunderschönen, grossen und sehr sauberen Pool mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten drumherum. Die Kinder konnten sich stundenlang im riesigen Garten mit der Schaukel, der Rutsche und dem Trampolin vergnügen. Die äusserst nette Gastgeberin beherrscht die Balance zwischen freundlichem Austausch und Distanz u. Diskretion perfekt, und stand uns mit vielen Tips zur Seite. Vielen Dank liebe Monika für die wunderschönen Ferien!
