Recently renovated, spacious and comfortable Villa, 200 meters above sea level, on the hills behind the town of Budoni, which is about 5 minutes away.

Location surrounded by nature, in a panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the sea and the hills. Large panoramic swimming pool and equipped barbecue area, garden and veranda.

Maximum privacy and relaxation, but a stone's throw from all services and some of the most enchanting beaches in the Mediterranean.

Free Wifi, garden with relaxation areas, internal parking and charging station for electric vehicles.

The property is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of flowers and plants, rich in colors and scents, where you will find a swimming pool equipped with tables, deckchairs, a solarium with sunbeds, a spacious barbecue area equipped with gazebo and dining area, outdoor tables open, and a relaxation area with hammock and swing.

Villa Mariposa is the optimal solution for those who love nature, for those who want to comfortably sunbathe in absolute silence and enjoy the view of the sea, it is perfect for those who love stargazing.

Our strategic position guarantees a relaxing holiday, away from confusion and traffic, but just 5 minutes from all the comforts of the city and the sea. Thanks to its proximity to the main roads, it allows you to visit numerous beaches of incredible beauty and different characteristics in just a few minutes, so as to be able to satisfy every need. The Gulf of Orosei to the south, Tavolara and the Costa Smeralda to the north are also easily reachable. It is also possible to set off on foot for a walk along the paths starting directly from the structure and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the beautiful Sardinian coast.
Upon reservation it is possible to organize visits and excursions, cruises to the islands and in the Gulf of Orosei, rent bicycles and go on horseback excursions.

Please note that In the property, on the ground floor of the building, there is an independent apartment, inhabited by the owners who take care of the daily cleaning of the swimming pool and all external areas. All outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of Villa Mariposa guests.

We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Great facilities with a number of amazing quiet outdoor spaces. The gardens and pool area are very well looked after and cared for. The rooms and reception areas were very spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings

We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. It is so peaceful too.The villa itself surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and one baby and it was plentiful in size. Clean and well equipped. Was perfect for our stay. One week later and missing sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee. So glad we decided to choose this villa.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool ist toll und die Kommunikation mit Sara war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Dafür ist es dort immer schön ruhig und man kann gut abschalten:)

Vom herzlichem Empfang, über die hilfsbereite Betreuung ist dies eine großartige Villa. Am Bergrand gelegen hat man seine Ruhe mit Blick auf Natur und Meer. Bei der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit toller Aussicht. Großer, sehr gepflegter Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Plätzen die zum Entspannen einladen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Gute Entscheidung...

Dieses schöne Haus wird an zwei Parteien vermietet - sicher abhängig von der Anzahl der Personen, kann man sicher auch komplett mieten. Zu dritt haben wir die oberste Wohnung des Objektes bewohnt. Dieser Teil des Hauses besteht aus einer offenen Küche mit großem Wohnbereich, 3 Schlafzimmern - davon 2 mit angrenzendem Bad. Der Balkon ist groß und hat einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der gemeinsam genutzte wunderschöne Garten, Grill- und Poolbereich sind sehr großzügig und bieten genug Platz zum Verweilen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, Sara hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tag zur Seite gestanden. Wer etwas abseits vom großen Trubel ruhige Ferien verbringen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Man benötigt ein Auto, um zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand zu kommen. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Danke Sara für Alles ;o)

Super Unterkunft

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren 10 Tage und hatten alles was wir brauchen in der Unterkunft. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist die Mülltrennung, da war etwas umständlich 5 Eimer zum Trennen und keine genaue Beschreibung was wo hineingehört. Sara hat uns aber sehr unterstützt. Können es sehr empfehlen.

Traumhaft

Wir haben mit der Familie zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Villa war optimal für uns. Überall auf dem Gelände sind Terrassen oder Balkone auf denen man sich erholen, sonnen oder zurückziehen kann. Der Pool war wunderbar. Das Wetter war traumhaft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ist jederzeit bei jedem Anlegen hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.

This is a gorgeous villa up in a quiet valley with a view down to the sea. The facilities are traditional with some modern touches such as TV, WiFi and dish washer. Sara is a fantastic host, attentive and resposive.

Very peaceful

Sara made us very welcome and the apartment is large with a great view down the valley. The pool area is large and well maintained. Budoni is great in the evening - lots of bars and restaurants.
