VILLA LUCA is a charming villa close to the SEA (500 m), with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and a large lawn GARDEN.

Francesca and her family will be happy to entrust you with their beloved home, wishing you to spend an unforgettable holiday!

Recently built, the villa is well equipped and has the best comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at the same time. In particular, the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, the GARDEN and the large covered VERANDA where everyday life takes place.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 5 people in standard conditions, up to a maximum of 7 people.
It is also available (upon request) a cot for an infant to be placed in the master bedroom.

Inside, the VILLA is characterized by the presence of 4 rooms:
- a large KITCHEN-LIVING room
- a DOUBLE BEDROOM
- a DOUBLE ROOM with bunk beds
- a BATHROOM with shower

The interiors of the house are furnished with style. The rooms are air-conditioned with an efficient air conditioning and heating system that can be operated with a remote control in each room (excluding the bathroom).
The domestic hot water is produced by an electric boiler.

The internal area of ​​the villa is covered by the WI-FI Internet network and a 32' LED TV with satellite system is also available.
A safe is available.
!Final cleaning is not included in the booking price, the amount will be €80.00 to be paid in cash at the facility. The are free, linen and includes sheets, bath towels and beach / pool towels!

The villa is equipped with every comfort outside.
There is also a granite stone BBQ (barbeque) with attached worktop and water that allows cooking enthusiasts to prepare outdoor grills with local meats or fresh fish from the clear Sardinian sea.

The GARDEN with lawn, adorned with trees and flowering bushes during the summer season, frames the SWIMMING POOL and SOLARIUM with local stone flooring equipped with 4 modern sunbeds and 2 deckchairs, to enjoy the extraordinary sun of this land.
At the back of the villa and near the swimming pool there is an outdoor hot water shower (with privacy) well camouflaged in the granite rocks.

In the evening, the garden and the SWIMMING POOL are completely lit up after sunset (spectacular!) to enjoy all the villa's services until late at night, respecting the quiet and the rules of good individual behaviour.

The LARGE VERANDA with vertical fabric blinds shelters from the sun and creates a relaxation area where there are comfortable sofas and tables with a view of the surrounding landscape, the garden and the swimming pool. For guests with children it will be easier to supervise the children while they play in the pool, perhaps enjoying an aperitif in the shade of the chestnut roof of the veranda. In the same veranda there is also a large teak table with relative chairs for breakfasts, lunches and dinners to be spent in the company of family and/or friends.

The villa can be reached from the entrance (via Argonauti 74) through an electric gate with remote control or access code which guarantees high-level privacy and quiet.

A private driveway, which can be traveled by car or on foot, leads to the villa which is in turn bordered by a large granite stone fence and chestnut fences. Here there is also a private CAR BOX, covered and bordered by a wooden Pompeian and bordered by a flowering bougainvillea bush that protects the car from the heat during the hot summer days.

*Final cleaning of the villa is excluded from the price of the stay, the amount is 80€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.
