Absolutely wonderful property . The best we have stayed in the last 20 years. Everything very clean and in perfect condition. Ute our host was as so helpful always nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful pool beautiful house. Perfect. 10/10.The nearby port is also lovely lots of friendly restaurants with very friendly staff. What a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house and pool

The house was lovely, and very well equipped. We loved the dining area and different terraces, all with very comfortable garden furniture. The pool was a really good size for 6 and was maintained immaculately.

Perfect Villa

This villa is stunning with everything we needed for a relaxing break in Sardinia. The pool and outside spaces had a mix of sunny, shaded and breezy areas meaning it can be used at all times of day.Communication with the owner was always quick, easy and supportive.A good base to tour around Sardinia and Porto Ottiolu is a small relaxed port with a great range of restaurants with lovely food and walkable from the villa.Would love to go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a chill time in a well appointed villa.

The scenery around Villa Tutto Bene was amazing ! The pool was clean and the gardener Vittorio took care of the grounds wonderfully. It was so nice to chat with him . Ute and Patrick were wonderful hosts and communication was very good always ! The pictures on the site were true to reality and their home became ours for 11 days! The kitchen was so well stocked and lacked for nothing . Overall we loved the cleanliness and all of the facilities . The pool was a perfect size and the mountain views were stunning !We highly recommend this villa to all ! Sardinia is a magical island to visit and enjoy, and with Villa Tutto Bene as our base for 11 days , it was even better .

A stunning high quality villa with amazing views and great location

On arriving at Villa Tutto Bene, the first impressions were amazing, with a private shared driveway to a beautiful stone walled parking area at the front of the property. When we walked down to the villa the cleaners were just finishing off as we had asked for the earliest possible access due to our early flight times, and you could tell that they had attention to detail. We walked around to the pool area and sat with our feet in the pool to give the cleaning team space and time to finish off while we relaxed. On being shown around the property by Francesco (we had been informed that he did not speak English and we had very little Italian to assist), he did an amazing job of showing us everything and between us we managed to communicate throught the language barrier. Once the handover was complete we had a proper look around and knew that we had chosen the perfect villa for our holiday. Once we had brought in our luggage we decided to go and get supplies so that we could relax and unpack slowly. There are plenty of supermarkets in Budoni, but would suggest that you have a look at a few, as one was a lot higher in price than others that we used. We generally used MD and EuroSpar which are both great. During our stay we took the opportuninty to do some day trips out to visit the various toursit locations including a medeival tower and a kitesurfing beach along with night markets and other beaches. I can thoroughly recommend Ute and her beautiful villa to everyone!!

Die Villa hält, was sie verspricht. Sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was im Alltag benötigt wird. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit drei Paaren verbracht .

Die Villa Tutto Bene ist ein tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und freundlichen Vermietern. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich, hier hat uns die Dachterrasse besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in der Ferienvilla verbracht. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes funktionierte problemlos.

Der Aufenthalt war so toll! Das Haus war genauso ausgestattet wie es die Gastgeber beschrieben haben. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es hat einem an Nix gefehlt. Wir hatten die Freude als einer der ersten Gästen in der Villa Tutto Bene unseren Urlaub verbringen zu können. Kontakt im Vorfeld sehr nett und informativ, Check-In ebenso unkompliziert. Das Haus verbreitet wirklich von Begiin an optimale Urlaubsstimmung mit tollem Pool und vielen Liegemöglichkeiten im großzügigen Garten oder Dachterrasse. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und trotz Hochsommer-Temperaturen haben wir dank der Klimaanlagen jede Nacht erholsam schlafen können. Porto Ottiolu ist ein kleines nettes Hafenstädtchen mit guten Restaurants und Sandstrand, die private Wohnanlage liegt etwas oberhalb und ein Auto ist wirklich notwendig für Einkäufe oder Ausflüge. Die Strände in San Teodoro und Ausflugmöglichkeiten entlang der Costa Smeralda hatten wir schon in der Vergangenheit genossen. Von der Villa Tutto Bene ist alles recht schnell erreichbar. Erwähnt werden sollte, dass eines der Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bad separat über die Außentreppe zu erreichen ist und nicht mit dem Rest des Hauses verbunden ist. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen, die Familie war ohne Ausnahme begeistert vom Urlaub.
