Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay at Villa Bianca, everything about the villa was superb. There was very easy access (by car) to all the local areas and beaches. The hosts, Nicole and Sylvia, were very helpful and the comms was excellent. Highly recommended.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Horst und Silvia in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles war aus unserer Sicht perfekt. Die Kommunikation, das Einchecken, die Lage des Objekts, die Ausstattung - alles entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Auch dass es, dank Satelittenschüssel, deutsches Fernsehen gibt, hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir die EM 2024 schauen konnten- auch das war nicht unwichtig ;-). Alles in Allem, wir können dieses Objekt als Urlaubsdomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals an Horst und Silvia, ihr seid tolle Gastgeber :-) und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit unseren Erwachsenen 2 Kindern 1 Woche in der wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt bei dem wir wirklich nichts vermisst haben. Großartiger Pool, toller Lounge Bereich zum Grillen und großzügige Schlafzimmer. Zu beachten ist, dass man besser nicht zu Fuß zum Hafen geht, da es keine Gewege für Fussgänger gibt, war für uns aber kein Problem war. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr gepflegte Villa an super Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Bianca war sehr schön. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Aussenbereich der Villa ist schön gestaltet und lädt am Tag und am Abend zum Verweilen ein. Silvia und Horst waren hilfsbereit freundlich. Die Lage der Villa ist gut, viele schöne Strände erreicht man in 15 Minuten. Das Dorf San Teodoro hat viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Supermärkte sind auch in der Umgebung. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.

Traumhafter Urlaub auf Sardinien

Wir durften nicht nur in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus unseren Urlaub verbringen, sondern haben auch zwei liebe Menschen (Silvia und Horst) kennenlernen dürfen. Beide sind vor Ort jederzeit ansprechbar und stehen für Tipps und/oder Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und die Liebe steckt bei der Ausstattung im Detail. Der wunderschöne Garten sowie die Poolanlage werden täglich gepflegt und laden zum Relaxen ein.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Bianca!

Traumhafte Villa in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die Anlage und das Haus sind top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der herrliche Salzwasser-Pool ist groß und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. In der Outdoor-Lounge kann man wunderbar entspannen, die meist vorhandene kühlende Brise macht den Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto viele schöne Strände erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Vielen Dank an Silvia und Horst für den sehr schönen Urlaub und Eure tolle Betreuung vor Ort.

Top-Ferienhaus auf Sardinien

Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön auf einem Berg gelegen, ist sehr sauber, hat einen herrlichen Pool und eine schöne Gartenanlage. Man kann in wenigen Autominuten eine ganze Reihe an herrlichen Stränden erreichen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Für die besonders warmen Tage ist das Objekt mit einer Klimaanalage ausgestattet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The real feeling of being on holidays

Wonderful 3 bedroom holiday home which is very well maintained. The house is in a tiny gated community overlooking the hills and from the pool deck even the Tyrrhenian Sea. No noise from the neighbouring houses. The house was spotless and well equipped. There’s no need to put the dishwasher on after every meal, as there’s plenty of plates, pots and pans as well as cutlery. The Swiss owners (living nearby and very welcoming) have given it some consideration about all what they would need during a holiday and made sure it’s available in their holiday home. We really enjoyed the patio area under the sunroof in front of the pool; a cool breeze makes it very comfortable relaxing there. The barbecue was very clean and functioned well. During weekdays both a gardener and ‘poolboy’ were there every day. As we were there with older kids it didn’t bother us, but for those travelling with little kids it’s good to realize that one bedroom can only be reached from the outside … this in order to avoid misunderstanding. WIFI was excellent (even at the patio deck outside of the house). One definitely needs a car when staying in Sardania. N.B.: Silvia, if you want to add something to the inventory I would say a measuring cup might come in handy, but an empty water bottle can also do the trick. We loved our stay at this villa and will return to it one day!

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool und Garten, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung perfekt. Genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es war sehr angenehm auf der Terrasse zu essen. Super Ausgangspunkt zu wunderschönen Strände, allerdings ist ein Auto notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung und nützlichen Infos an Silvia und Horst!

Traumhafter Urlaub besser gehts nicht!

Vielen vielen Dank an Silvia und Horst für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Wirklichkeit. Aufgrund der angetroffenen Sauberkeit und Ordnung hatten wir das Gefühl die ersten Mieter in dem Objekt zu sein. Alles ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und Horst wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe und stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung sollte man Fragen oder sonstige Anliegen haben. Der Pool ist traumhaft, beheizt und wird jeden morgen gereinigt. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Porto Ottiolu, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum kleinen Hafen und zum Strand. Hier finden sich einige Restaurants und Bars. Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen der Ruhe sucht und auf gehobene Ausstattung wert legt. Vielen Dank nochmal an unsere Vermieter Silvia+Horst

Villa stupenda

La villa è’ semplicemente meravigliosa, ce ne siano innamorati. Curata nei dettagli sia nella zona esterna con la splendida piscina che all’ interno con tutto l’occorrente per passare dei giorni rilassanti e in completa comodità (anche stoviglie ed utensili sono di qualità e scelti con cura). Privacy, relax, vista mare e piscina (pulita quotidianamente come vengono quotidianamente curate le zone verdi) Silvia e suo marito sono padroni di casa veramente gradevoli ed attenti (ci hanno omaggiato di un ottimo vino) . Speriamo veramente di tornare . Compimenti e grazie
