Great residence for a family vacation in Sardinia

The accommodation is exactly as described: new, clean, air-conditioned and really fully equipped and with its own pool. The view from the mountains to the sea and the landscape in front is breathtaking and the outdoor barbecue facilities are really great. The service was very good, with check-in and check-out being very pragmatic and easy. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation. We had a great time! What an amazing place

We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. But for us….we couldn’t fault anything.

We had great holidays

It was our first time in Sardegna. We know a lot of aims in Italy. But spending your holiday in Sardegna is something special! The water is so clear and there are many beaches nearby! The house with its garden, pool and rooms is wonderful. If there are any problems, Dominic will be there in 10 minutes! Thank you for a freat stay! You need a car and a quite good driver. Then it will be perfect holidays!

Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Parken gestaltet sich etwas schwierig, da sehr steil abwärts; wenden nicht möglich. Mülltrennung kann im Kalender sehr gut verfolgt werden. Hier wird täglich der Müll abgeholt. Wünscheswert wäre die Kommunikation ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Das hat sehr gut geklappt nach dem wir telefonisch nicht erreichbar waren.

Die Lage ist schon toll mit Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne. Jedoch gab es einige Beanstandungen. Die Türklinken müssten mal richtig befestigt werden. Da uns gleich eine auf den Boden gefallen kam. Man muss bedenken, dass es für dieses Haus einen Wassertank gibt, wenn dieser leer ist, hat das gesamte Haus kein Wasser mehr und man muss dann den Besitzer informieren. Es kann dann 1 bis 2 Std dauern oder länger je nachdem bis dann ein neuer LKW den Tank liefert und neu befüllt werden. Das Wohnzimmer empfanden wir als viel zu klein, da es mehr oder weniger nur ein verlängerter Bereich der Küche war. Ein Waschbecken im Bad war ständig verstopft bzw. das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab. Aber am unschönsten fanden wir die Restmüllentorgung am letzten Tag, die wir teilweise selber organisieren sollten (8 Autominuten entfernter „Müllplatz“, sowas geht garnicht…

Würde ich wieder buchen

Sensationell! Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und Landschaft.Wir haben alle sehr gern den tollen Pool genutzt und die beiden Terrassen bieten viel Platz zum entspannen. Domi hilft mit guten Tipps und ist präsent, wenn was sein sollte. Großes Lob. Für vier Personen ist dieses Haus perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit den beiden Grills kann jeder Barbequefan super leben. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in een prachtig huis! Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en we hebben genoten van een heerlijk, schoon zwembad. Je hebt wel een auto nodig in de bergen, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten!!!

Traumhaftes Haus mit sensationeller Aussicht

Das Haus ist ganz neu von 2023. Heruasragend der Pool, die Aussicht und die Ausstattung. Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Aussenwaschbecken, mehrere Essgelegenheiten. Rundum super und dazu eine tolle Betreuung durch Vermieterin und Hausverwalter-Ehepaar Carine und Dominique. Für die Hauszufahrt braucht man etwas Mut, weil sehr steil aber wir haben das mit einer C-Klasse mit Heckantrieb hinbekommen, dann geht das mit jedem anderen Auto auch. Tolle Ferien - 100% top!

Het verblijf was super fijn, mooi uitzicht en een heel lekker zwembad (zout water). Verder is er in de omgeving niet veel te doen, zee in de buurt was wel erg mooi. 20 minuten rijden naar Olbia of San Teodoro. Huisje had verder alle voorzieningen: airfryer, oven, magnetron, wasmachine etc. Minpunten: communicatie met opzichters verliep moeilijk, zij konden vrijwel geen Engels en waren bij check-out ook niet bepaald vriendelijk. Verder zijn we eenmaal gecontroleerd, zonder aankondiging hiervan (wij lagen te slapen nog). Verder moet het van 22:00 tot 8:00 uur stil zijn en is het niet bepaald mogelijk om dan buiten nog samen gezellig te kletsen.

Erholung pur in nagelneuer Villetta

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus wurde erst im April 2023 fertiggestellt. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter versucht haben, wirklich an alles zu denken, um den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Darüberhinaus scheint das Haus wirklich gut gereinigt zu werden, ich habe selten ein so gut gereinigtes Ferienhaus besucht ( auch wenn diese ebenfalls neu waren). Die Aufteilung ist für ein Ferienhaus perfekt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und lässt jedes Kochherz höher schlagen :-). Von der Küche und vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen direkten Blick auf den Pool und einen atemberaubenden Weitblick auf das Meer. Der Pool wird alle 3 Tage gründlich gereinigt. Angenehm ist auch hier, dass dieser nicht so viel Chlor enthält. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert- auch bei 48 Grad Außentempertur!! Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sind keine Flugzeuge zu hören. Schöne Strände, die man zwar auf Sardinien überall findet, sind direkt vor der Haustür und nur 7 Autominuten entfernt. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus definitv wieder buchen!!!

Alles perfekt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Villa. Sie hat eine traumhafte Lage mitten in der Natur und den Bergen und einer sensationellen Aussicht. Die Außenanlage ist sehr groß und super gepflegt. Von innen sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden und sehr sauber. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huis dat helemaal nieuw is. Alles is aanwezig in het huis, luxe keuken met alle apparatuur die je kan bedenken, zelfs een airfryer. Het huis is goed geïsoleerd maar mocht het te warm worden dan is er een goed werkende airco in alle kamers. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig. Vanuit het terras is er een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Een complete buitenkeuken met een barbecue en een bakplaat (op gas). En natuurlijk een (nieuwe) wasmachine. Het huis ligt wat hoger in de bergen in een gehucht waar verder geen voorzieningen zijn. Een supermarkt en een bakker liggen op 10 minuten rijden met de auto in het dorp Murta Maria. Ook San Paolo ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Dit is een gezellige badplaats met veel restaurants en een kleine haven. En plek om naar terug te komen!
