The house is located in the quiet hamlet of San Lorenzo di Budoni, just 35 km from Olbia, in a strategic position: not far from the sea but far from confusion and noise, the perfect refuge to find calm and serenity, close to some of the the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The house, pleasantly surrounded by greenery and with a partial view of the sea, is of recent construction. It is independent, but not isolated, and is equipped with every comfort. The external part consists of a garden planted with lawn and hedges, a beautiful private illuminated swimming pool and finally a covered veranda where you can have lunch or dinner and relax in an armchair. With three bedrooms, one double with bathroom and two twins, a second bathroom with shower, a spacious room with sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The rooms are spacious and functional and furnished with taste and elegance. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, TV, satellite dish, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, parking, deck chairs and sun loungers, outdoor table with outdoor chairs and armchairs.
the brick barbecue with hot and cold running water allows cooking enthusiasts to roast excellent local meats and fresh fish. In the evening the swimming pool and the garden are illuminated so that you can enjoy the summer evenings and take advantage of all the services of the villa.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms (max 6 people), 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The outside covered patio offers the possibility to relax and also, the patio has an outside table and chair set in order to enjoy a good meal with the warm weather. The living room has a 42 'television and satellite set. The house also provides a dishwasher, washing machine, safe, barbecue, outside shower and AC / heater system in each room. The car is essential to reach the beautiful beaches. The drive from Olbia airport is 25-30 minutes and Budoni is a 10-minute away with lots of other nice small towns within close range. It's also relatively close to a lot of the main tourist areas and beaches on the east and north east coast of the island, so it's perfectly situated for day trips.

Beastly good holiday

We had a really good holiday at Silvia‘s house and beastly good because of the many animals that showed up. The garden and pool is wonderful, it is very easy to relax, the house is furnished in a modern style and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Silvia is very friendly and always helped directly with questions or was easily accessible. The location is good, but there are some dogs in the area, which bark in the evening/at night. However, the windows of the house are so good that you can't hear them when the windows are closed. There is also air conditioning in the house. For this reason it is easy to find a solution for it. @Silvia: thanks for your good care, we have felt very comfortable at your house and had a wonderful holiday. All the best for you!

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, tolle Lage. Etwas außerhalb von Budoni in ruhiger Lage gelegen aber alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit 5-10 min mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und umfangreich es bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool hat eine ordentliche Größe. Der Kontakt zu Silvia ist klasse, sie ist sehr freundlich und hat uns über WhatsApp Message alles toll erklärt. Sie reagiert auch sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man nur empfehlen

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt ruhig und man ist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder im Supermarkt. Die Gastgeberin Silvia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen hat sie sehr schnell reagiert. Da es sehr heiß war, hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Schatten auf dem Grundstück gewünscht.

Schönes Haus etwas abseits vom Tourismus

Silvia ist eine sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir konnten bereits am Morgen das Haus beziehen. Das Haus liegt abseits, ein Auto ist erforderlich. Wir fühlten uns in dieser Gegend sicher. Der Parkplatz beim Haus ist sehr kurz, unser kleiner Fiat hatte gerade just Platz. Der Pool ist tief und gross, tauchen und schwimmen daher gut möglich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Was uns fehlte war ein Platz in der Küche, um die eingekauften Güter zu lagern, alle Schränke waren belegt. Einkaufsläden, Tankstelle, Strände und Restaurants und himmlische Eisdielen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Wir genossen unsere Zeit in Sardinien und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Relaxen pur

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Weit in der Ferne sieht man vom Garten aus ein bisschen Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war für Mitte September sehr frisch da wir eine eher schlechte Wetterperiode erwischt hatten. Die Essgruppe auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Tag nutzen, dank der Überdachung auch bei Regen. Die Küche hat alles was zum Kochen gebraucht wird. Das in anderen Rezessionen erwähnte Hundegebell der Nachbarhunde konnten wir leider nicht komplett ausblenden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten gut abschalten. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Netter Urlaub im schönen Sardinien

Das Ferienhaus ist genau wie beschrieben. Es ist sauber, der Pool ist groß genug, dass 4 Erwachsene ganz entspannt planschen können und Silvia, die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge Restaurants gegeben. Nachteilig fand ich, dass es kein kostenloses WLAN gab, dass die Hunde in der Umgebung jeden Abend sehr herzzerreißend über Stunden gebellt haben und dass unser großes Auto (Combi) nicht ganz auf die Einfahrt gepasst hat, weshalb wir das Tor nicht schließen konnten. Ein zweites Auto hätte nicht hingepasst. Wenn man sich an diesen Umständen nicht stört, kann man einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbringen

Ruhiger Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen im Haus untergebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte uns an nichts für unser Wohlbefinden. Vor allem die Ruhe im beschaulichen San Lorenzo hat uns gut gefallen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war das nicht optimal funktionierende WLAN. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Silvia, war hervorragend und sie hat uns bei Fragen perfekt unterstützt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Tolles Haus; schöner Pool, gute Ausstattung

Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön. Es war im Juli sehr sehr heiß und wir waren wirklich froh, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab. Ebenso war der Pool herrlich. Wir haben an dem Haus nichts auszusetzen und waren rund um zufrieden. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen.

A home away from home

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia's. Great location for exploring lots of Sardinia, a lovely pool for relaxing in, and a villa with everything you could possibly need! Silvia was also extremely helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend! The only negative we have is that as there was no WiFi we assumed 4G would have been good but found that we struggles to get any Internet or phone reception for the majority of our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Haus, Umgebung und Pool war sehr sauber. Silvia war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. San Lorenzo ist gut gelegen, aber es braucht ein Fahrzeug um nach Budoni oder Posada zu gelangen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Danke für die erholsamen Tage.

Schönes Objekt

Die Villa war toll und die Ausstattung super. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war gepflegt, leider für September etwas zu kühl. Auch den Grillplatz haben wir gern und oft genutzt. Wir sind zu viert angereist und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zu bemängeln gab es, dass trotz Objektbeschreibung kein Safe vorhanden war und wlan nur mit eigens erworbener SIM-Karte möglich war. Was wirklich störend war, dass gegenüber zwei Zwingerhunde am Tag und leider auch nachts anhaltend gebellt und gejault haben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, die Größe der Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Die Bade- und Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, ebenso die Küche, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Toll ist auch der eigene Pool, wir konnten abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen, während die Kinder im Pool waren. Die Gastgeberin Silvia ist äußerst zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat. Auch die Lage ist gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Man ist etwas abseits und doch innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Strand von Budoni. Dieses Haus können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

A little gem in paradise

Wish it was ours l Very impressed with Silvia,she answered any questions we had & promptly too!!Enjoyed the pool immensely,bbq was enjoyed as much as poss,even buying a 2nd bag of charcoal.wifi would have been useful to help plan excursions and look at websites.A few tips to help next visitors,a better iron as we ruined a few of our items of clothing,maybe some more clothes hangers would be useful too.Overall,very nicely presented property in a quaint Hamlet not very far from Budoni Beach which we enjoyed on a daily basis,would love to go back.

Maison très bien équipée et très confortable, propriétaire accueillante et bienveillante. Quartier calme et tranquille Le seul petit « bémol » est qu’il faut absolument avoir une voiture car la maison est un petit peu excentrée. Je recommande.
