Wonderful sea view villa, with private pool, located in the enchanting residential area of Punta Molara. It is located on two floors not communicating with each other, with two separate entrances. On the ground floor there are a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. In the basement there is a large games room (with table tennis, table football, relaxation area with TV), 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It has a private swimming pool surrounded by the garden, a bbq available for guests, a veranda overlooking the sea and a private parking. Free Wi-Fi.
