Wonderful sea view villa, with private pool, located in the enchanting residential area of Punta Molara. It is located on two floors not communicating with each other, with two separate entrances. On the ground floor there are a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. In the basement there is a large games room (with table tennis, table football, relaxation area with TV), 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. It has a private swimming pool surrounded by the garden, a bbq available for guests, a veranda overlooking the sea and a private parking. Free Wi-Fi.

Tolle Villa / Perfekte Kommunikation

Zuerst vielen Dank an Sara und ihr Team. Vom ersten Kontakt an eine perfekte Kommunikation (in englisch). Sara kümmert sich um alles und konnte sogar realisieren, dass wir aufgrund unserer frühen Flugzeit bereits ab 10:30 Uhr die Villa beziehen konnten! 8 Personen finden ausreichend Platz in der Villa, auf der Terrasse oder im Pool. Wir bedanken uns für eine tolle Zeit auf Sardinien (es war unser 4. Aufenthalt und bis dato der Beste) und sind uns alle sicher, dass wir wieder über Sara die Villa buchen werden:-)
